That was a very beautiful rendition. This is from the musical Les Miserables. "Bring Him Home" is a very hard song to sing but Austin nailed it. He has a great voice for musical theatre songs.
Austin is not only a great vocalist, but also a songwriter too. 2 of his most recent songs are Save the World & Remember my name, but my favorite newer one is Stargazer Lillies....also an older one is If I Met you now.
@@SaeedReacts.Don’t do just Stargazer Lilies it is the second part of a trilogy of songs the trilogy is called Stargazer Trilogy ( 1 ) Give Me A Sign ( 2) Stargazer Lilies ( 3) MR ( mister )
I get tears in my eyes every time. Austin is just so special. His message at the end represents so much of why we love Home Free. Thank you for the reaction
The Home Free guys are indeed just good people which is one of the reasons we love'em so much. Valentine's day is right around the corner. Want to react to a couple of Home Free funny valentines? 'Make You Feel My Love' and 'I Swear'. The vocals are swoon worthy and the videos are hilarious.
I have actually only known about Home Free for just slightly over a year now. But, I actually discovered Austin Brown first! Somehow his solo video of “Unchained Melody came across my Facebook feed, which you should definitely watch! I was so in love with his voice and him, I had to find more!❤❤❤🔥🔥🔥 That’s when I found Home Free and the rest is history!! You should definitely checkout his solo version of ‘Unchained Melody’!! 👍👍
Great reaction! #AustinBrown is a beautiful person. As all of #Homefree are down to earth, caring human beings. That's why they have earned all of our love and respect. Thank you for your reaction and your kind words. Have a great day!
Austin is such a beautiful soul. 💞 This is a *very* difficult song to sing and he absolutely nailed it! Sebastian is a good friend and an accomplished pianist and you can watch the interplay between them in real time. So impressive. *sighs*
Hey Saeed. I’ve seen Les Miserable 6 times on Broadway. I’ve seen many covers of this song. Austin made the song his own. I’ve never heard a singer go “up” (higher) on the final note. Tasteful choice! Much love brother 🎷
The song is from the play Les Miserable. Austin's degree is in Musical Theater and he's so good at it. Sebastien Douyon often accompanies him on piano (although Austin does play piano and does so on his video "If I Met You Now" on his channel). I saw the play many years ago and - quite honestly - this song wasn't sung as well! Great reaction!
We Home Fry’s not only love their artistry but we love them as human beings. You will not find a more loyal fan base! Thank you for reacting to this one! #AustinBrown #HomeFree
He has such an amazing voice.Austin has a degree in musical theatre. Tim Foust, and Adam Chance also do solo work they have their own RUclips channels Tim-50’s-60’s Doo Wop and Country Adam Chance-Folk,Sea Shanties and Country Tim and Chance have collaborated with Peter Hollens And The Hound and Fox All channels a worth checking out
Recently on BBC TV there was a long programme on musicals, with excerpts from past and present. Four tenors who have created this role in the West End and on Broadway sang this song (together, not a good idea), including Alfie Boe,, who is much praised. I can honestly say that not one of these men, despite having fine voices, conveyed half as much emotion that Austin does in this recording. He not only has a remarkable quality of voice but went through years of classical training to reach perfect technique, and approaches lyrics like an actor, never content just to make a nice noise. You may have heard there were a few tiny moments of "grit", which I think is the last of a bad throat problem, but normally you would have to g a long way to hear a purer delivery. What you said about mixed emotions is interesting, since in this scene Valjean is deciding whether to try to save the wounded young man Marcus, although he knows that Marcus will rob him of his adopted daughter, the only light of his life. In the end he decides to make the attempt, even at great personal risk. The song is technically difficult but it's also difficult to bring out the fact that Valjean is praying for guidance and may decide to save himself. Sebastien Douyon is not only a fine pianist but also a talented arranger and producer. If you have any taste for the blues, you might be interested to check out Empty House, produced and recorded by Austin and Sebastien from a demo sent to them. It may be the best thing Austin has done and the arrangement is incredible. Love your reactions, keep it up!
I discovered Home Free right before lockdown in 2020. You can imagine how much of a comfort that turned out to be all those long months. You are experiencing it now for the first time. Seeing that brings back good memories.
Oh, thank You for this reaction…Austin did such a gorgeous job of this…What emotion 🔥💕‼️ He grabs your heart & just holds on….with such love of singing.. .Just Love his Amazing Voice 💕🔥💕‼️ Another one he’s done (with Amberly in it💕)…”IF I MET YOU NOW”…….its so Beautifully done 💕‼️💕
Now check out “2 country singers try singing opera” on Austin’s channel. Austin is great , but still sounds like Austin. Rob will blow your mind. If you had your eyes closed it wouldn’t be obvious who was singing. Rob had opera training at university, and wow, he is amazing. Austin talked him into doing it. It’s funny- in the “Sea Shanty Live” you can really hear the power that Rob possesses.
I know you are getting tons of suggestions but Austin's cover of Tears in Heaven is so beautifully done and Never had a Dream Come True which Austin sings with Makena Hartlin it is mind blowing. Thanks for a heart felt reaction.
He and Tim Foust both do that. They both love to reach out to people around them. This song is from Les Misérables, one of my all-time favorite musicals. He has also done a lot of other songs that you would love to hear. I cannot wait to see what you will react to next. Danke and hoe schrijf je welterusten uit. I hope I spelled that correctly. It is almost my bedtime here in Iowa.
@@SaeedReacts. I can recommend "Come go with me" or "In my room" as good ones to start with. He also sang the Elvis Presley song "I can't help falling in love with you". That one however doesn't have a video for it.
I might have to polish it up first, after a few years one might see the flaws or i can look at it more objectively. Thanks so much for the encouraging words.
Another great reaction! I’ve heard several renditions of this, and Austin hit this one out of the park. You should also check out he and his fellow #HomeFree member, Rob, singing Nessun Dorma in Two country singers try opera. Fair warning: Rob trained as an operatic singer. I also think you’d enjoy their version of John Denver’s Take Me Home, Country Roads. It’s fantastic. Gonna do something I never do: I’m gonna swing off the #HomeFree train (odd, since they’re pretty much all I listen to), and suggest something completely different. And I do mean *completely* different. There is a group known as Steam Powered Giraffe. They’re … unusual. Back story is they started out as street mimes doing comedy and music. The hook is, they perform dressed as robots. They have a whole back story for their personas. I’d love to see you react to their original song, Honeybee. It’s hypnotic and strange and surprising and just darn enjoyable to watch and listen to.
Sadly, I watched a video that Austin just put out explaining that he leaving Homefree to be at hame and focus on a family. He makes it clear that he's not done with Homefree or his own music just that it won't be his main focus.
Every time Austin brings tears to my eyes with this song. So beautiful!❤
My Maria by Austin Brown and Tim Foust is a great treat!
Absolutely. I hope Saeed will react to that😊
That one is on my list.
