Remember Austin's college degree is in Musical Theater. He was destined for Broadway, but life intervened. His path led him through a stint at Epcot with the Sons of Liberty then on a Disney cruise ship as a singer, and through that gig to Home Free.
Life intervened? Um I think destiny is the word you meant.
Bring Him Home is from the Broadway musical, Les Misérables. There is a lot of fantastic music from Les Misérables. Susan Boyle sang I Dreamed A Dream from Les Misérables and became her signature song. I do not believe you have ever reacted to Susan Boyle and think you would be amazed at her vocals.
Austin's breath control in this song is amazing!! 😮
He sings from his heart and soul. If you cannot hear it, your heart is dead.
So true! :-)
Bring Him home!! A masterpiece from Austin!!
Agreed 100%
Love your channel. You, Sarah, and Abbey make a great group of reactors. Austin Brown can sing the phone book and make it sound awesome. Thank you ladies !!!!🎼🎵🦋🎶♥️
Always fun to watch you react to Austin! I love him too. He's sooo talented and sings with emotion dripping off each word! Bring Him Home is one of my favorites of his now. Have you watched his Tears in Heaven? I might have missed it. Tear-jerker, tissues needed of course! So much emotion to that great powerful song. Take care.
I grew up on Les Mis. I've seen several stage productions including a few on Broadway. Austin crushes this! It's the most heartfelt song of the show but the whole soundtrack is fanominal. Now, the original singer is more resonant, but Austin does it justice. His theater classes really payed off.
Austin has a degree in theatrical music! He can sing anything! 😊
I love how Austin changed this song. That last note was absolutely miraculous and it is so different than the last note of the original song. Such a good choice. So terrific
Abby is beautiful!! But, why wouldn’t she be? Both of these songs are wonderful. Austin is so freakin’ amazing!
It should be illegal to be that fine AND that talented at the same time...just sayin.
I hear that
I KNEW these would blow you guys minds.
So amazing!! The talent that each have individually just blows my mind. I am seeing Home Free tomorrow and seriously so excited!!
I'm jealous. I'm waitingpatiently for HOME FREE TO COME BACK TO THE South
Bring Him Home solo from Broadway show Les Miserables.
This gave me chills. I saw this musical on Broadway and Austin definitely did it justice.
I cried I laughed and like you beautiful ladies I had chills from here to forever. Thank you as always for the joy you bring to my world. Abbi is so gorgeous and looks just like her beautiful mumma thank you for sharing her with us . Much Love for you all from your #KazKrewNanny
Live with the band they did this song and a back story when they met austin. He was doing musicals on cruise ships.
Austin ❤️🙏 That's all the words I have for him today.
🥰🙏
He's just 1/5th of a group where each can blow your mind. Every last one of them.
Another amazing reaction - a real roller coaster of a session, with both of you on the point of collapse several times, synchronised chills, the works. You should really check out Les Miserables, which is where the first song came from. The movie from a couple of years ago is really good, with Hugh Jackman in the lead. This song comes from a key moment in the story and has become a bit of a tenor workhorse. Comparing tenors is not very helpful but why not: Austin beats Hugh Jackman hands down for beauty of tone and sheer sincerity, Alfie Boe (who sang the role for several years in London) for technique and character, and equals Colm Wilkinson (who first sang the role in London and on Broadway).
When the first song was recorded, Austin had had some serious problems with his voice and was told not to sing for weeks (you noticed a tiny moment of grit.) He seems to have gone back to the beginning in creating a strong healthy voice and there's been a real change, leading to the beauty you heard today.
I wish I would of caught the live, but this is okay. The first song that he sung was from the Broadway Musical Les Miserables. If you are interested in hearing he growth in this song, he sang it a couple of times between 2014 and 2016 usually during a Christmas concert. You can find it here on RUclips. The second song he sounded absolutely amazing in too. I always enjoy watching you and Sarah watching Austin sing. Austin was actually in Musical Theater in high school and college too. He sang in the Voices of Liberty at Disney World for a year or so. Then he sang on cruise ships. Tell Sarah that little Abbey or Abbie is an absolutely doll. Thanks again.
Those early performances were nothing like as good. In one the sound system is not very hot and in the other he had a cold, but in any case his voice has matured since then and become much richer and fuller in sound. Listen here to his mastery of dynamics in service of the song, for example.
This is just simply beautiful.
Abby is 100% the cutest baby I've ever seen! And I loved your reaction. Austin wasn't holdin' back anything on these!
My favorite song from Les Miserables sung by Jean Val Jean character about the love interest of his adopted daughter who he brings home wounded from the French Revolution. A masterpiece done well by Austin here.
Another great. Reaction. Even bringing in a 5. Month old. (Sorry remember her name). Can't wait till June. I get to see Home Free for the third time.
Abby's adorable - thanks for letting us meet her! Bring Him Home is from the musical Les Miserable. I had the pleasure of seeing the play many years ago. It's such a beautiful song and he sings it so beautifully. The musician accompanying such a song has to watch the singer so carefully to time the chords with the singer's breaks and Sebastien is brilliant. Austin's degree is in Musical Theater - I'd live him to play the Rbt. Preston role in "The Music Man". An original on his channel that I just love is "If I Met You Now"(and Austin plays piano in it). Thanks for playing these!
the boys did this together back in 2015 when Chris was still with HF. just a cellphone video but really beautifull! worth a watch too!
It's fabulous every time!!! Thanks for the shout out!🤩
It's no wonder Home Free and VoicePlay are so amazing when every member of the group is this dang good. Bring Him Home is from Les Miserables. It's a lament. Adam Chance just released Wayfaring Stranger that he did with The Hound + The Fox and it's awesome. Grab Kleenex.
Many have said.....he has a theatrical background major....HF actually let him sing this live at a concert and he was singing theater on the cruise ship when HF came across him. Notice he also removed his country twang.....
Look.. Sarah's mini me!!! Love love love Austin.
Please have Sarah check out Voiceplay's Dream On and Geoff's Ain't No Sunshine she needs to see them both. Love your reactions lots of love girls.
Hey!! ❤️😁 Yeah she’s already watched the videos! She loved them tho!!
@@KazandraBrock cool wish we could see her reaction to the videos. Anyway love your reactions always make my day
He is so talented.
I love the tie-dye on that beauty little boo!
Oooooh our new addition to the reaction channel!!! She is so beautiful 🤩
Austin reactions!!! Yippee 🥳
I think Tim is giving Austin lessons on how to hit those low notes!
Dang......chills!
One that you need to react to.. Is....... Austin Brown & Rob Lundquist - "Neesan Dorma" it's so.. Sooo.. Amazingly good. 😊❤ Rob is already great.. But after this you may have a new appreciation for him 😳 😊❤
I've missed you reacting to Austin. And the Baby is BEAUTIFUL!!! ❤️
There is a video live of Home Free doing this song with Austin.
Austin is so good. That Les Miserables song is so good….that ending, OMG! Just love him. And Tim and Chance ain’t bad either (their channels are excellent too). Wonderful reactions ladies! 🥰😍
y'all are so pretty i can't-
Abby is adorable 🥰😍🥰
You need to hear a stage performance of this. My favorite is Ramin Karimloo (he has been the Phantom). The best male voice in the business. Check him out. He has hundreds of videos on RUclips.
Kaz, I so wish that you could come to see Tim and Austin at the Pennsylvania back yard bash!
On June 19th.
Sarah you have a beautiful little girl. God bless her forever. And you and Kazandra as well.
Abby is adorable!
From his website: "After playing lead in several of his high school productions, Brown went on to pursue a degree in music theater. His first post-college gig was singing on cruise ships, which sent him around the world..."
You should have watched the end of the video. He talked about the original artist, Bryan White. React to his version. It's amazing!
Austin is a musical theater major
Good song good reaction
It's from les miserables. Leaning on something, in this case the piano, is a way to PUSH the sound out
❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
Austin majored in Music Theatre at Oklahoma City University. I lived there until 2013. Who knows if I met him and just didn't know? Abby is growing so fast. How old is Harmony?
She is 4!
Many graduates of OCU are on Broadway. Think Kristin Chenowith.
he's your baby's daddy. That who he is!
Haha...
Imagine VoicePlay and Home Free doing a more serious song together, no costumes just regular clothes and 10 microphones. 10 beautiful voices. All about that bass. 😍
Abby is so freakin’ adorable 😍❤️
Please do Austin Brown and Rob Lunsford doing Nessum Dorma, OPERA!
It sounds like Abby is saying Hey mom it's daddy!
Home frees version of delta dawn is amazing
If you haven't, you have to watch Tim's Will you still love me tomorrow/Stay. Just as mind blowing.
Les miss is my favorit movie is a musicall its about France slav worker
Great reaction ladies!! If you are looking to branch out a bit and hear some different artists in the Broadway/Musical cover part of RUclips, might I humbly suggest an artist by the name of Floor Jansen?
In her normal day to day, she is the lead singer in a symphonic metal band(which frankly you might also enjoy) but three things in this reaction have me recommending her now.
1) Right before Covid hit, she was on a Dutch tv show where she performed Phantom of the Opera with the original Dutch Phantom, Henk Poort. Look up Beste Zangers- Phantom of the Opera.
2)During Covid, Floor was stuck at home like the rest of us, so she started her own RUclips channel and started putting out covers. Ones I think you would enjoy are Let it Go and Into the Unknown(both from Frozen), or her cover of Heart’s Alone. But she also teamed back up with Henk to cover Dangerous Game from Jekyll and Hyde the Musical.
And 3) She just last month released a single called “Fire” and while that alone is worth a listen, while she was on a Dutch radio show for an interview, they actually got her to LITERALLY sing the phone book! It’s funny and still sounds ridiculously good. There’s a tiny clip of it on her channel.
Enjoy some or all of that and want more? Check out her day job with the band, Nightwish, singing Ghost Love Score or Elán.
Wish y’all the best.
You should have Sarah react to voiceplays dream on or ain’t no sunshine. I would suggest ain’t no sunshine if she hasn’t seen the video already. Her baby is so cute!!!
Abby is the cutest. She is a little tater tot
Hoping you'll do another reaction to Voiceplay's Dream On with Sarah.
She’s already seen the video sorry. She loved it tho.
Letter.....hey don't make of our Southern accents 😂
Well, he did graduate with a degree in musical theater.
hiii, can you please react to "someone will love you better" by Johnny Orlando?? Its a very very good song, it came out a couple days ago and im completely obsessed with it. thank you :)
Did you ever do Tears In Heaven?
Not yet but hopefully soon! ❤️
@@KazandraBrock bring lots of tissues when yo u do

Lol you always say Sarah is guest star...at this point she's extended family should say my family is here with me
You will cry
Где реакции на нашего Шамана 😏
H e has had classica training ya no?!?!
Both of you talk toooooooo much and listen too little. Try listening to the song first and add your comments after. You can always go back and gab later.
Thank you for the feedback but we will continue to react the way we genuinely do. Thanks tho.
