I'm not a very experienced cook, I started cooking regularly like half a year ago. But this man really motivates me. His recipes seem so easy and he explains them so well! Cooking really starts to be fun for me. So much more delicious than fastfood!
Just did this recipe and it's an explosion of flavors in your mouth, the fish it's soft and juicy and the peanut cover it's perfectly crispy. Gordon Ramsay it's a genius!
The oil cools it down cause you're adding in something cold to a hot pan. Since oil is thicker than water it cools it down, instead of quickly evaporating.
Just finished making this dish. The sauce is fantastic! Could use this with all types of dishes. I doubled the garlic. I used red snapper and it was delicious! The peanuts are key. Enjoy!
I made this recipe yesterday, it's extremely good. Very fresh tasting, served it with sticky rice and aubergine. Added some quartered cherry tomatoes to the chilli sauce to increase veg content.
i love how the "angry gordon" everyone rants and raves about is an utter bullshit act he puts on to get views on fox. watching this, or master chef, master chef junior-- you can see it in his eyes, the man just wants to cook great food, teach great cooking, or experience new flavors
Just watch Boiling Point. It is not an "act". He just has different approaches when he does home-cooking (alone or with amateurs) and when he works with pros. The standards he has are incredible high. Honestly, on Kitchen Nightmares and Hells Kitchen they get off easy.
Why would you be calm and compassionate when you're in a high pressure situation that's Costing YOU, and you're supposed to be Judging people on How they handle that high pressure. Some people, even chefs say that he is too aggressive and gives bad light to professional cooking, and tbh, those people are just fucking stupid, he has a slightly tough love approach to handling people who want to be great, but when nurturing young or amateur talent he is calm and patient, he Is one of the greatest chefs ever, not just famous, fame is from TV, 16 michelin stars aren't, they're from michelin critics, and those critics don't give their stars out for shitty food.
Lately I found myself watching his videos and trying his dishes at home. XD Most people told me "this man is always so mad, etc." Yeah, his character in his show but I love how he explains stuff. It's so hard not to like him. lol
Tried this recipe for dinner today, the dish turned out very tasty, nice one. We actually poured more sauce on the fish than Gordon did in the video and the dish tasted quite awesome
The first seven seconds was pretty normal until I burst out laughing xD I know it's just his accent and pronounciation but I can't help myself (snort) sorry i'm so immature... xD
Hi gordon. Idk if you will see this. But i always look up your videos when i look for perfect recipes for my family and to learn to cook better overall. I was watching you chicken parm video recently, and wondered if you could make a video on making a good tomato sauce for italian recipes like the chicken parm. I normally make my own but id love to learn how to do it correctly from my favorite chef.
I'm getting so hungry, watching these fucking videos for the last hour. Why Ramsey, why must you torture me so. Damn, I wish I had a true gas stove, instead of this piece of absolute shit electric thing.
amazing i tried this same recipe in the resturant for a special n was told by a guest that it was the best dinner they had in there entire life was served with a sweat potato mash n green beans
I'm sat here, watching this, with no food in my kitchen, £30 to last me 4 weeks, despite my best efforts I've no job offers, no interviews, nothing. Fuck life.
Just make this for lunch.Don't have red mullet, use some regular white fish, slightly dust with potato starch then seared.Served with crumbled peanuts and sauce on top.So goooood
It don't take long to cook fish which is delicate with heat. He did finger firm check the fish around 3:57 for doneness and still left it in pan off the heat for a little longer before plating.
Hello Mr Gordon Ramsay, If this is your own channel I would like to say thank you for this brilliant fish dish. Something I can cook for myself as I live alone and am alone, Take care. mrbluenun
Absolutely gorgeous, just tried this.... astonished. Peanuts as small as possible tho, otherwise they won't stick to the mullet. Hard to get the peanuts to roast just right, but the sauce, perfect :-) cheers
i didnt have red mullet so i replaced it with salmon, it was still so fucking good. has a great hearty and warm feeling to it. and the spice is just PACKED with flavor. im usually just used to only spice so it really surprised me when i started tasting so many different flavors in this dish.
Any kind of nut crust on fish is a winner, almonds, or pecans, or pistachios on a fish fillet is well worth experimenting with. i like to get a snack size bag of sourdough pretzel bits and mix them with smoked almonds in the food processor to make my crust. hmmmm good
Your home kitchen is on point! I think for like $10,000 you should do private dinners in your home. 5 course meal, little table for 2. You'd make a killing Gordon
I want to make this right now, I have everything for the recipe on hand, except red mullet, peanuts, chilies, fish sauce, green onion, rice wine vinegar, limes, and corriander. I hope the recipe is kind of flexible.
I'm not a very experienced cook, I started cooking regularly like half a year ago.

He's really bloody inspiring!
Lobster with Mustard and Rice "This man"? This man is your fucking dad
Cool
That's true
My roommate walked in when Ramsay said "Peanuts in"
😂😂he would have heard "PENIS IN" and joined with u in this video.
My favourite thing when I watch Gordon's cooking is when he chops the spring onions.
Just did this recipe and it's an explosion of flavors in your mouth, the fish it's soft and juicy and the peanut cover it's perfectly crispy. Gordon Ramsay it's a genius!
"Look at it the colors incredible" the cameraman zooms in on Ramsey's face
Isn’t that what was meant to happen???
Ramsay Not Ramsey Idiot
@@ryanmareposque5818 r/wooooosh
HAHAHA HAHAHA OHOHOHOHO
@@tegjwokjohn1839 how is it a wooosh, you fucking idiot?
It's how he excitedly rocks back and forth in the beginning of his videos when he talks about the dish he's gonna make😊
2:08 close your eyes and use your imagination
How does Gordon Ramsay keep a pan from getting too hot? Does he lower the temperature? Does he take it off the plate? No, MORE OLIVE OIL!
GerikDT it's also a fire stove so...
The oil cools it down cause you're adding in something cold to a hot pan. Since oil is thicker than water it cools it down, instead of quickly evaporating.
Idiot
GerikDT cause he’s Gordon fucking ramsey, he could cook your child and feed it to you and you’d ask for seconds.

"A touch of sugar"

I would pay $1,000,000,000,000 to be Gordon Ramsays son in a "next life".

I don't get it
+Robert K Prawns in fucking chocolate sauce? That must be Gordons trip to Spain.
+tot tota shhhhhhh
+Robert K 1:23 what is that bottle?
***** I was referring to an episode of Kitchen Nightmares when Gordon goes to Spain and the chef had prawns in chocolate sauce.

Maybe it's because he isn't inside a restaurant kitchen in the middle of service. :P

Love your technique so simple and comprehensive even for non-expert cooks... Make more chilli recipes!! Greetings from Greece
Don't know why I like the term "blow your head off, heat" so much..
this is so satisfying
brunO I was waiting for somebody to say that
I've been making this sauce since early HS when this show first came out and I still think it's one of the most well rounded thign I've ever tasted
I've been using this recipe for a year now, soooo good!!
Gordon's passion for cooking lured me to buy better cookware. The food looks amazing

“Just look at the smell”
The way Gordon Ramsay cooks ......its beautiful.....That what it takes to be a 16 Michelin star chef
2:00 "The longest the chilli sauce sits there, the better it gets". I waited a year, and it tastes awful.
I just love the way he says "beautiful".
I'm getting so hungry, watching these fucking videos for the last hour. Why Ramsey, why must you torture me so.

I wish I had olive oil instead of bitchass vegetable oil.
+ChauNyan they're pretty much the same.
+Katie Mitchell nope, they have completly different flavour.
Fuck electric stoves
+ChauNyan Dont forget to add "a" tablespoon of Olive Oil... or like lots of... or the whole bottle...

Gordon is easily one of the best personalities Britain has produced in a long time.
can you please write the ingredients and the method in the description box ?
chef Ramsey you are the best cook in the word
Nobody :
Literally not even a single soul:
Gordon Ramsay : olive oil

I made this yesterday and it's so delicious. Thanks Gordon sharing these simple yet flavourful recipes. I love watching your cooking shows.
Sure pal
"THOSE chili seeds, incredibly hot"
You should try my wife's habanero Thai sauce.
I always love Thai sauce, it's sweet sour and spicy
This is the first video that I watched on your RUclips challenge and I gotta say these videos are great keep it up keep doing what your good at👌
0:41 did gordon just fart?
LOL
its the knifes sound sliding on the wood

They should invent a new unit called the Ramsay Unit; 1 Ramsay of Olive Oil = 10 Bottles of Olive Oil

Don't shop at supermarkets. Try and find farmer's markets where you can buy fresh for cheap. Also, buy basics in stock like rice and veggies.
1:52 “dam I’m good”
He's not saying penis, he's saying peanuts. It's an audio issue.
HypersonicWave no it isn't
Its just the way his accent affects his speech
HypersonicWave noted
Wow no fucking shit Sherlock.
Thats the joke, birdbrain

Damn Gordon, this shit looks good bro! You are seriously a huge inspiration to my passion for cooking, and my mom, of course. : )
It's a Taiwanese sauce made from fermented fish and squid. It's strong, but has a lot of flavor and is common in the cooking of many Asian cultures.
Soo.. Anyone else notice the fart at 0:42?
lmaooooo wtf, good catch. im so done lool
its the noise of the knife on the cuttingboard
_Miksu Yeah I noticed that a few days ago
If you look hard enough the sound comes after he slides his knife, thats deffianetly a wet fart.
Alex Volk I
always seem to be watching these on empty stomach so grungry
'Incredibly spicy' chillies apparently. Somehow I doubt it.
Why are all the videos in this Playlist unavailable in the USA
He always looks like he needs to pee badly....
Peanuts and chili together always works great
I think he makes food delicious by praising every single ingredient
is it me or the more i watch ramsay videos the more hungrier i get? lol
Okay people when you season your fish with penis plz don't use salt as I did :P
A touch of olive oil, a teaspoon of olive oil, and a tablespoon of olive oil. Mix it. *smells* My gawd! Delicious. Fantastic. Flavorful.
Is it my gay subconscious or is he actually saying penis?
Yes sir ! We must really grind the penis down !
... 4am... and I'm watching this.
Damn Gordon for making such delicious looking food, and damn me for never learn to not watch his video at dumb hour.
its FUCKING RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAW
It don't take long to cook fish which is delicate with heat. He did finger firm check the fish around 3:57 for doneness and still left it in pan off the heat for a little longer before plating.
He's smiling at the end...either the camera man still laughing about the fart(0:44) or he knows this dish its fucking good!!!😂😂😂😂😂
Probably because he keeps saying penis the whole video XD
i am vegetarian but i can easily eat everything gordon cooks .
Can you do this recipe with other more popular fish like cod? I live in a remote place where obtaining red mullet is challenging
this guys got two skills I give him that
Good to see you trying our Mexican way Mr Ramsay, come sometime and ill give you a tour of real streets mexican food, cheers
Never heard of warm heat before. I like my heat really cold.
Already tried that one, had no mullet though, took Red Snapper instead, still worked great together...
my mouth always starts to water when he squeezes that lime
This recipe turned out amazing!
4:30 A.M. now and I'm drooling over that fish! It looks Yummy! 😋😋😋
That music playing has a Spyro The Dragon feel to it
I love these, because he seems so much more relaxed. :)
Hello Mr Gordon Ramsay,

Marathon Watching 1/23/23 Thanks for showing us how to cook so many great meals! ❤❤❤
From a humble cook to you; awsome.
this reminds me of thai mango salad!! the sweet and sour taste, crunchiness of the nuts, and the flavour from the coriander!!
Cook, Passion and Emotions.

i tried the peanuts b4, i dont like it
Are we not gonna talk about his rapid fire ninja garlic chopping?!
He makes cooking look so easy, I wish I could cook more than rice.
All the other videos are blocked except for this one on how to cook a crappy mullet...wonderful
How's Gordon this freaking awesome? I mean... he's fascinating for some reason.
