    1.Don't compete with old runners. Run slowly and steadily if you are a beginner to make stamina
    2. Running kit~ good shoes, half pant and t shirt/ banyan
    3. Proper warm-up, cool down and stretching
    4. Complete the workouts as directed
    5. Avoid road running specially if you are a beginner
    6. Don't do the same workout every day. Work on improvement.
    7. Follow the instructions of a qualified coach.
    8. Add Carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals in your diet. Eat healthy and avoid junk food
    9. Add suppliment like vitamin, protein etc as per your needs.
    10. Stay consistent till your physical test is qualified.
