- The scars that this movie gave me will last a lifetime. And I didn't even have to awkwardly unbutton my shirt and reveal my nipple to show them off. They're here in this video for everyone to see. Stop stabbing me Zack Snyder.

Movie Review, Abbreviated Review, #rebelmoon
I watched this movie so you didn't have to. This is the kind of sacrifice people get statues for. I'm don't need all that.
All I ask in return is a simple like and maybe, if you can, sharing it with people that you care about so save them from the horror.
It's not the complete "We have Star Wars at home" experience without also reducing in quality in it's latter entries.
Rebel Moon changed my life. I’ve never fallen asleep watching a movie until now.
Rebel moon more like bad moon
I had forgotten that this movie was going to get released! Now I can comfortably forget that it has been released.
I think that this might be the last one. If Netflix forks over more cash for this, they've truly lost their minds.
@@AbbreviatedReviews I get the impression there will be more as both films were in the Top 10 most watched days after release. Views = money so my guess is that Part 3 at minimum will be released.
@@mish375 That could be the case. But I think it also depends on if the viewership went up or down for the sequel. The first two were made at the same time with the same investment, so now it would be more money for a third. If it's trending downward, they would be a tougher choice.
Complete shit show. Thank you for the comedy Zack
I watched it yesterday. It's so fuckin' bad, and in a boring way to boot.
netflix cancelled 1899, but pays for +4 parts for this crap, no comment
They want big names more than they want unique and interesting content. Zack Snyder could have produced a two hour film of Dwayne Johnson mowing a lawn and they would have bought it.
@@AbbreviatedReviews hmm...is Zack a big name really? and this moon crap is everything but unique or interesting. netflix is a tool to degenerate the west, they destroy quality and glorify pedophilia(cuties) and wokeism. i cancelled netflix long time ago
I hadn't heard of this movie. I've really grown out of touch. Good
Netflix really didn't seem to do a lot of advertising for it considering their investment. I don't think they liked it much either.
As you describe it, it doesn't seem real. I mean, it is like this rebel moon shouldn't even exist. Who should make this thing? WHAT FOOL WOULD PAY TO HAVE IT PRODUCED?? Netflix? I paid for it😳
The first was shit, the second seems to be shit. I haven't watched it. I have not found the time to be either high or drunk enough to endure it.
I legit skipped the "this is why I'm fighting" campfire monolog character background dump. It was so cringe I couldn't watch it. I'm also convinced these movies are just "Loss Canons" for reducing tax liability.
They had some cool visuals in them. That was about it. But it was so weird to have everyone just sitting in a circle and having "cry time" before a battle. It was definitely something they could have done in a much more simplistic way with the introduction of every character.
It was so boring I fell asleep
Yup its even worse than the first one!
Film was really good liked them both building nicely to a 3rd.
Too much false hatred for this film makes you wonder what people's expectations are talk about jumping on a band wagon.
Just because other people don't like something you like doesn't make their perspective false. This video represents just a small part of the numerous issues I had with both movies. I tried to highlight the handful of positive qualities, but there are few at best.
I haven't seen either yet but I do know some people who enjoyed both Rebel Moons and some who hated them. My guess is the film is simply average. Not really a Snyder fan though so not in a rush to see it.
@@AbbreviatedReviews what normal person watches movies like this? Like seriously..All you "critics" regurgitate the same stuff. I know bashing Snyder?Disney etc. gets you clicks but what else do you offer? Even movies I don't like I don't talk about "pacing", "character development ".. If I find it boring I just say that.. All of you seem really invested in hating this movie. Like over the top invested..
@@jweeventgroup8226 I can't really pick up on what part you're upset about here. Do you not want people to watch movies they don't like? Or do you not want reviewers to review movies they don't like? Pacing and character development are aspects I always pay attention to in movies I watch. They're core elements of all story development.
I’d rather not continue to hear/read the same circle jerk of thought. The spamming of “cult” takes are ridiculous too. I am in no way saying you or anyone else have to like the movies. But the venomous spewed toward Snyder is click baitish. This NETFLIX movie isn’t worth all of this. Only because of Snyder. You my guy are one of many in the same. The rhetoric is ridiculous and childish.
Don’t like his vision? Cool.. But these distasteful reviews and sophomoric reviews need to stop.
thank your for reviewing this shameful of a scifi movie, and it was released after Dune Part 2
Good lord, they really managed to not learn anything from the first one lmao
I mean considering how long it takes to make a movie, they were likely already ankle deep in this film when the first one came out so they proably couldn’t change much about the path they were already on. They also probably hoped this would sway folks back to see the “complete vision”. That’s the problem with giving out money for the second movie to start preproduction before the first is even out and reacted to by the public. Netflix basically wanted to invest in the Snyder-cut for Netflix (but with “new” characters) and instead ended up with the Snyder dumpster fire for Netflix.
@@TheDawnofVanlife Good point, the arrow was already flying into the head of an spectator, not even near to the apple of the target
Those slow-motion shots remind me of game trailers from 15 years ago - only needs a popular music track playing over it.
You really could sync almost any of these scenes up to Foo Fighters - My Hero without much effort.
New to your channel, didn't expect to laugh all the way through! This was well done, you've earned this like! 👍🏾
Oooh !We have swords ! Annd they Glow too ! We are original with our scrappy cast of misfits !
Rebel Moon is what you get when all the toxic incels who complain that Star Wars is "too woke" finally get the movie they think they want.
I love how the guy from dumb and dumber was given the lead role of the antagonist 😂
You may need to add a new "very bad" score level for the next one if the trend continues
I wonder if any of the people leaving such negative reviews actually watched the films? They're on Netflix, it's not like you've got to pay cinema prices to watch them.
Nah I didn't watch it. I made a shot for shot remake of the film to create this video.
The dialogue is so bad that I quit watching it.
Why IS part 2 called The Scargiver when the movie is about the village and its wheel. I get she's the main character but the movie isn't focused on her like Part 1.
I think they came up with the movie titles before they even wrote the scripts. I don't know why else they'd do it, because they only made one awkward reference to it.
I hope you do more of these. When you give the "abbreviated score" and there's that pause, I was expecting "X out of 5 stars" or something. I love that you just say "Bad" with the text covering the screen. Almost made me fall out of my chair laughing.
I'm not sure when exactly I started it, but most of my videos for at least a year or so are scored with that system. I think it's the most fun way to get the point across without making up some arbitrary number.
Feeble Moon. 😂😂😂😂😂
Space age of Empires 😆
This zack snyder movie rebel moon is a good movie, what are you guys talking about. I watched it with my family unbiased and we lived it so much, it's an easy 8/10 for us.. It's a nice movie Compared to marvel shit hole recent movies.. What did zack actually do to you guy, should he start paying you guys to start loving his movies
Rebel Moon makes the recent Marvel movies look like masterpieces. They at least adhere to a watchable pacing structure and can keep everything on the screen in focus.
I enjoyed it too. All the Disney reference 's in the comments are because the person who made this video has been paid to do so by Disney. It's an organised campaign, which is why there isn't a single positive review on here.
@@marksidorczuk7571 Well that's a new one... you seem to know a lot about this. Do you know what I'll be getting that Disney check?
I like how they tried to do an oldboy but when you watch it you can clearly see people just walking towards here down the corridor like badly programmed NPCs with pathing issues. Especially hilarious is the guy who walks up to his boss, standing next to him, with the woman in his sights the whole time... Just waiting to be shot.
Truely, Zak Snyder is a jewish filmmaker.
So, until like 2 weeks ago I thought Rebel Moon was just another Star Wars movie. The trailer I saw looked sufficiently Star Wars, and every studio seems interested in cranking out as much content for their existing franchises as possible, so I just assumed it was and since I've not been interested in a Star Wars movie since Rogue One I never saw it. Then someone brought Snyder up in a conversation and how he made Rebel Moon because he was mad Disney didn't accept his Star Wars pitch....
I had the same perspective before the first movie. I only figured it out when it released and I looked up what it actually was. I still had hope that it would be more than it was though...
Same, until Rebel Moon released and I stumbled on a review I didn’t realize it wasn’t a Star Wars film.
