@@DansVintageBaseballPCMangini is on the bat phone. Had him tell me a group of 36 Type 1 Goudey Wide Pens were legit! They were so nice I thought they were fake on a FB group. Cochrane is in great shape as the rest, Ferrell, Medwick, and Klein. How in the hell is something so delicate from almost 90 years ago this pristine?
@@DansVintageBaseballPC You are not messing around! Your guests are amazing. Being from Portland, Oregon I have wished for a team since I was five years old. I just got 8 of the 1925 Portland Beavers Zeenuts to frame, paper loss. I was born in 1967. Your Seattle Pilots episode I’ve watched a couple times. Dad has passed but lived up there.
Nice variety Dan. The Atlantic Oil set was always an interesting one given that I rarely see them outside the bigger card shows. I saw a guy had some at the Garfield Show months back.
Awesome cards and another great SGC submission , congratulations Dan. So glad you got a Boston Joe Wood card back in your collection , it looks fantastic in the new Tux !!
Nice grade on the redheart Harvey K. Love 70 Reggie Kellogs. The 55 dh are so nice & three cards with decent grades. Love the Dickey card and all the gear....
Great reveal, Dan. Such a fun mix that you packed into this submission. Hard for me to pick a favorite between the Wood, Gehringer and Dickey. (Probably the Dickey -- it's fantastic). Regardless of the "division" it's in, the Gehringer is still a Goudey Heads Up! That Kuenn Red Heart was also a great card. Thanks for sharing.
Great choice, using SGC. They are so far superior to PSA, it's ridiculous. Much more consistent grades and infinitely better aesthetics. Those larger cards would be off-center, tilting and ugly within their crumpled PSA Baggies (had you used them). Nice reveal!
Great reveal Dan! SGC definitely does the best and most consistent job! The doubleheaders are such a cool set, it’s shocking more ppl don’t collect them. I have a Groat but don’t have the heart to fold it, haha.
what a fun grouping of cards. 1 of my favorites from the 1970 kellogg's set is Reggie's. SGC is tough on those cards. While i am mostly enjoying the "tall boy" cards, I still can't get into the larger "notebook bricks" even though the bigger the item, the easier I can stomach them.
I’ve used SGC for around 25 years. Great customer service, fast turnaround around and fair grading. The only minor gripes I have is that any tiny paper loss on the back of tobacco and caramel cards from 1909-1919, even if the front is exmt gets slammed and also the T210 Old Mill red border cards suffer (even though factory sizes vary) and you might get a card back you think would be a 5 or 6 come back authentic. All in all though they do a good job grading.
Love it Dan, keep stacking them cards! Let's connect on some set build lists. I revised all mine to 1 sheet, maybe we can do some trading. Keep up the videos ⚾️👍🏼
Great video. Congrats on the grades!! Beautiful cards.
Awesome stuff Dan, great cards.
Very nice return, well done
Beautiful Bill Dickey card.
Love SGC!! Service and grading are top notch!! Love your channel! You are in my top 5.
@@Autzen1989 As long as I’m ahead of Mangini in your top five, I’m good.

I agree with you on SGC. They’re a class act. I love that 39 premium. You’ve opened my eyes to larger cards. Thank you for sharing.

Great video and fantastic vintage graded cards
I was always an SGC fan when I used to grade. They were my choice from early on.

Hey Dan, great stuff!
Love the cards especially the Reggie & Dickey. ⚾️⚾️🧢
Awesome cards, Dan! Congrats on your submission.
Never buy a Hoodies without ice cream stains 😂. They didn’t come off the ice cream in mint condition. Kurt got his juice on the clean ones.
