small wrist goes bOld 1: +40mm watch on a -15mm wrist.

Hi, with this I want to start off a new series about wearing +40mm watches on small wrist. everybody in the same predicament as I am comes across the same issue: many watches designed for men are just too big to be a viable option. Sometimes however, if you are dead set on a specific model you don't have any options and BIG is what you will have. This can lead to disappointment, but sometimes it also kind of works. In this series I want to share my experiences with plus sizes. Now that I think of it. I might do the same with the smallest watches of my collection.
Today we will start with this fun watch: an "IK-Colouring" by 'Alienworks', that I bought because of the similarity of the case with the industrial equipment we used to work with at the micro brewery I worked at. I started off with the 40mm, then proceeded to accidentally buy a 44mm version, that proved to be teriffically wrong in all the right places. It is what happens when steampunk goes drunk.
now in this video you might stumble over quite a multitude of "uhms" and some misspoken hesitation. That is because this video is completely spontaneous and unscripted. Some people might call it ill-prepared, but I would go for the classification of 'in good fun'. It suits the watch rather nicely.

I bought the first one on www.Miniinthebox. Now Amazon sells them as wel, at least in Germany. There are several varieties.
