The playoffs this year has really taught me the importance of kickers
And can you believe there are people who want to abolish the field goal? There’s something so satisfying about that kick sailing through the uprights, so heartbreaking about seeing it sail just wide. It’s what the playoffs are all about. I hope field goals never go away.
@@tommyl.dayandtherunaways820 wait what … there are people who want to take FG’s away?
Kickers put the foot in football.
@@tommyl.dayandtherunaways820 you can't take that those people seriously I wouldn't even waste my time thinking about what those idiots said
It's 2022 and you just now realized the importance of kickers??
Wow, this Divisional Round was crazy. 3 matches decided in the final seconds with a kick and one getting past regulation. Every game delivered.
KC and Buffalo had the best game of the year. Such an even match.

It was very nostalgic for me watching Stafford hurrying everyone to the line in the final seconds. I think I speak for most Lions fans when I say that I'm really proud of and happy for Matt Stafford.
Looking back it was nice seeing him yelling at everyone to get lined up. What a guy and he deserves his success
Flashbacks to that Cowboys and Lions game with the sneak
It's incredible how classy some lions fans can be. From a Rams to a lions fan.

He has what Dak lacks. A QB brain.
The fact that Brady almost did it AGAIN...is just...insane...
I kept saying to myself watching it unfold..."He's had to have sold his sold to The Devil for these damn comebacks of his"...
Key word is almost
The funny thing is Brady didn't actually do anything special aside from that long TD pass to Evans. It was just the Rams giving it away on every possession. The crazy random stuff that always falls on Brady's side is supernatural.
Brady? You mean the bucs defense lmao
It's really too bad they didn't pull off this comeback, because I have no doubts that they would have won the Bowl has they beat the Rams. I really don't see Tom and the Bucs losing to the 10-7 49ers at home, and the subpar Bengals in the Super Bowl.

Always knew he was good enough to win the biggest of games if he just had a good team around him, and sadly we almost never were able to provide one here. It's sad that way too many Lions fans and media members liked to blame him for the losing, when he was always one of our absolute best players.

The Rams super bowl run w Goff was shut down because of Brady and the great playcalling from the Pats coaching. Sean Mcvay is a talented offensive mind in the NFL. But, defensively speaking, The Rams were a dangerous threat against a terrible Bengals O-line. Holding Chase and Tee Higgins down, as well as pushing pressure onto Burrow. This year's playoffs just crazy.

Any LA fan should be nervous how they blew that lead.
The Brady Comeback almost happened again.
I actually wanted Rams to win this time.
But so, so impressed how Brady handled himself after the game, greeting, smiling and hugging the other team.
Compare him to the Anti-Vaxxer in Green Bay, sulking and scowling and couldn't get off the field fast enough.

Can't imagine how many more wins, playoff appearances, and maybe SB wins Stafford might have if hadn't been stuck in Detroit on bad teams. So happy to see him beat this team just one win away from a Super Bowl appearance.
As a KC fan, I have to admit Stafford is a beast. It's good to see him on a team that will let him finally shine. I felt bad for him when he was with the lions. Just like I feel bad for Lawrence for getting stuck with the Jags. Patrick Mahomes had the best gig a player could have the year he was drafted, got to sit behind a somewhat good QB until Reid decided to give Patrick a shot with that high octane offense and he lit up the league. I was so excited to see my chiefs become a power house for the first time in my life.

It was a good game, but the Rams were playing dirty. During the first five minutes of this highlight reel, I saw one try to kick a Bucs player in the groin (that prompted the first penalty in the reel). Then, one of the Rams players looked like he was trying to put Bucs player 13 (I don't know his name or position) in a chokehold after a tackle, but released it as soon as he thought he was spotted, maybe.

The Rams defense was incredible today and they did exactly what they had to do to put pressure on Brady to win the game. The Bucs was an excellent team, despite having a lot of key injuries. But starting at the end of the second quarter when Cam Akers fumbled that ball in the red zone, I knew some kind of a storm was coming and, boy, the Rams almost choked there. Matthew Stafford's last pass to set up the game-winning field goal proved that this guy is a leader that can stay cool under pressure.
Yes, the fumbles by the Rams kept the Bucs in the game. Coach Arians adjusted Brady's passing to mostly shorter throws to avoid Rams pass rush. But for the Rams turnovers, it would not have been that close.

Nah they have to play Akers. He is their number 1 back and hasn’t played at all this year. Dude made a few mistakes but that just means he needs to do some damn ball handling drills this week
The first one was kinda ugly, glory seeking a bit instead of being safe. But the latter was Donkey Kong's big ole paw making the play. You could tell by the way he tackled the Buc who recovered Kupp's fumble that his heart was 100% there and that's typically what you want on the field.

The Tampa Bay Coaching staff (Todd Bowles) really blew this game. They let the best Wide Receiver in the entire NFL Cooper Kupp just run around free in single coverage and burn them easily all day long. Did they not learn their lesson from last year in the successful coverage of Tyreek Hill (Chiefs)? How could they be so stupid? Ryan Succup also missed a Field Goal in the first half, that would have made a big difference at the end. Despite the injuries, this was a winnable game (with Brady & Evans & Gronk & Fournette & Miller coming alive at the end). I blame the Coaching staff. They did not have this team prepared, and they get an F for the stupidity of their coverage strategy for Cooper Kupp
I know i am totally biased in this subject being a lifelong Rams fan, but i am not really sure how he does it but everybody always knows stafford is looking for Coop, and that dude seems to still get wide open. Even when you know who it is going to Cooper Kupp is open. He is one of the best with one of the best football IQ's in the whole league. So with all due respect I dont think you can say the Tampa staff blew this game, it is just that Cooper Kupp is that good.
“The defensive coach blew this game after the defense had 4 turnovers in a 27-3 blowout.” Brady can’t throw the ball anymore bro, defense is the only reason they were in this game at all.
@@SneakySnake133 Tom Brady lead the entire NFL with 5300 yards and 43 TDs (and 5900 yards, 49 TDs including the Playoffs) and you're really going to claim with a straight face that he "can't throw"? It was NOT Tom Brady that gave up a fast 27 points in just a little over one-half (and it would have been 34 points, had the Rams RB not gotten careless and failed to wrap-up the ball at the Goal line). The DEFENSE did that. The DEFENSE gave up all those points early, and failed to keep the game even remotely close. The fact that the Rams botched the ball a few times in the 4th quarter, does not make up for the fact Matt Stafford & The Rams moved the ball up and down the Field all game long with ease, and the Bucs just let Cooper Kupp (a whopping 185 yards all by himself) just run around totally uncovered in "single" coverage, and burn them easily all day long. Even after the Bucs tied it (miraculously) with 1-minute left to go, the DEFENSE failed to do their jobs once again, and could not even keep them from scoring even for just a mere 50 seconds .. to give the Bucs a chance to win in Overtime. The DEFENSE clearly sucked - and so did Todd Bowls & Arians coaching. You don't have just a single safety cover the most supreme WR in the entire NFL league (with 1800 yards of production) if you want to win. That is just dumb Football, and dumb DEFENSE.
@@FreeSociety1 agreed but let’s be honest, Brady missed several throws in the first half/3rd quarter and had the Rams not made so many careless mistakes, the near comeback would’ve never happened (quite similar to 28-3)
