Off the game at hand, this was for me the absolute best weekend of playoff Football I have ever seen ! Three games won by FG's as time expired and One that...WOW what a last 2 minutes! Was won by a TD in OT.
I want to believe , I truly do. And I still do, but I'm not fully convinced. Legally the NFL is chartered and codified into law as "entertainment," not as a "sports league." Under the legal designation of a sports league, fair play must be adhered to. It's simply not true with the NFL. And that is a sad state of affairs. The NFL can legally script games, and no governing body can do a thing about it. There might be RICO and gambling laws on the books to address The NFL if it's found they script things or even tilt outcomes through how they ref games. But it would be a hard case to win.

Huge comebacks like this are always on both teams, the one making the mistakes, and the one capitalizing on them. Such a shame that that horrible defensive call ended the game. Had Kupp just made a sensational play against a great defense, you applaud him. But to give the best receiver in football that golden opportunity is very hard to swallow, especially after the miracle comeback to tie it. Credit to Stafford for staying calm and making a great throw.

To be honest the rams did more to let Tampa in the game then what Tampa did to actually win the game if the rams don’t turnovers the ball like they’re were doing the rams would have won 35-3 because Tampa’s offense were dead to water but the rams were giving them good field position with the turnovers.

I mean, the defense did fail on that part. Succop failed on the missed field goal. Gronk, Evans, and Brate failed on their dropped passes early in the game. Brady failed seeing Miller open on the fourth down play.

This is one of the cases where you have to lean more on the offense than the defense. They already allowed the Rams to score 27 before the FG at the end. I wouldn’t necessary have that an achievement. Now you compare that to the 49ers holding Rodgers to 10 points, now that’s a real defense and the bigger share of the reason for the win.

Honestly, this comeback was better. The Falcons and Matt Ryan played horribly after leading 28-3 while the Rams defense still applied pressure to Brady and Stafford was still getting first downs.
The Falcons D wasn't that great though. It was their offense that carried them. This comeback (and eventual choke) was amazing because it was without his best WR, no AB and it was against a team that has regularly put the clamps on us.

Well these things really aren't the same. Mahomes is young and known for scrambling while Brady is a 44 year old known for being immobile. While the Bucs defense played great last year I still don't think they compare to the combination of AD, Miller, and Floyd.

Off the game at hand, this was for me the absolute best weekend of playoff Football I have ever seen ! Three games won by FG's as time expired and One that...WOW what a last 2 minutes! Was won by a TD in OT.

Before you start sprouting the term “heaters” and what those teams that lost did last year or three years ago, you know that scoring a touchdown, field goal or a safety last year, don’t count this year.
Winning a Super Bowl last year doesn’t guarantee, even if you bring everyone back, we’ll almost everyone, that your team is going to win it the following year.
Earlier this year I posted what about COVID-19 and variants, what about injuries and mid-season trades, how can you think, let along say that Tampa Bay was going to win the Super Bowl and be undefeated; that the Cowboys winning 12 games meant that they would win the Super Bowl, and that the Cleveland Browns were going to win playoff games, how? 🤷♀️

I wish I could use the excuse for Tampa Bay about injured player’s and AB, but every team had key players at key positions hurt (look at the New Orleans Saints, no real backup QB and they got stomped on Monday Night Football) and you knew at some point AB was going to have a meltdown. Look at what happened with the Steelers, New England, the Saints, Raiders, and now Tampa Bay. I worried about TB-12 coming back to try and win his 8th Super bowl. Yes, that would be story book/fairytale ending but, each year it’s going to get harder and harder.

Honestly that Rams pass rush reminded me of that ‘07 Giants pass rush, they where constantly getting pressure and hitting Brady while rusing 4. Thats a great way to beat Brady (Honestly its a great way to beat any QB).
He didn't get outplayed. The defense choked and couldn't get a third down, and without AB that only left Fournier and Evans to throw to. The rest of the WR's aren't good enough to be backups.

As a Brady fan I agree with u but the defense was a huge reason for the loss cuz the game was almost over in the first half they got torched and outcoached all game but Brady and the defense played great in the second half apart from the last drive
