I'm glad this popped up, I really needed this kinda of progression. The other ones are good but it's hard to find a variety of different kinds of bars this seems to work perfectly for that kind of issue

I have a problem. When i try to do a negative or an explosive, I just fall down immediately and im scared of tearing the muscles in my hands. What can i do ?

Do normal pull ups and then increase/decrease speed in a pace which you feel well at. Like this you can slowly approach negatives and explosives 💪🏼
      All the best,
      Viktor
