Just one day old to your channel today I walked to my local Chinese herb store and was confident in buying basic 10 herbs and earned respect from the shop keeper

@Lauren, I'm so so happy to hear! I am so proud of you. Yet I'm not surprised! Sometimes, all we need is that extra explantion or support. I see that a lot in my students or members too. They have become so much more confident with the use of Chinese herbs 😊

Hi I have been following your RUclips channel and think it’s great and wanted some feedback from you if it’s ok. I went to a Chinese herb clinic for my face and neck. My neck skin started itching end of May and continued for a f couple of months and in July the skin on my neck literally had vertical line folds.
I spoke with a Naturopath and she suggested fenugreek mixture which really helped.
Within a week of that my face and neck became about three shades darker than the rest of my body .
Now in December the dryness & itching had come back on my neck and I went to a Chinese herbal clunc & was diagnosed with chronic eczema.
I was given acupuncture and herbs.
After taking two doses of,my body has been burning up at night& extremely itchy on neck chest and arms, burning itch.
I stopped the herbs & the doctor told me to continue, but put 1/2 tsp of salt in the mixture and drink.
    Any suggestions?
I’m worse than I started & my skating n is still no change.

@smithashukla, I am sorry to hear what you are experiencing. I am sorry I can't give any personal health advice here as I really don't know your condition. One to one consult is crucial. Please seek second opinion from a local qualified Chinese medicine practitioner. Hope you will find someone who can help you and hope you will get well soon! Take care!

Please reply i m very Thankfull for yours

Hi @faisalbashi, I am sorry to hear your 17 yo kid is suffering from ulcerative colitis. For Chinese Medicine, there is no such thing as one or two herb can heal or cure. Everyone is different, even with the same health condtion. One to one consult is crucial. The TCM practitioner will formulate a prescription that is tailored to your child, and the script will need to be adjusted according to the responses to the herbs and many other factors. Please seek personalised cares from a local Chinese medicine practitioner. All the best!
