Thank you so much!! This is gold. I've been ill for almost four or five years without stop. And I was thinking that there must be some emotions I need to work on but even when I've been working all along there's something I still can't access and I can't figure out what it is. So, maybe with some exercises like the ones you are mentioning I can get out of this cycle of illness.

I've been trying to treat anxiety and stress for the last year and a half with western medicine aka drugs and it does not help! it just numbs the symptoms. Recently though, I started doing acupuncture ad reiki and wow!!! what a change! I am finally starting to heal for real. I absolutely recommend it to everyone.

You are absolutely right, movement especially outside in nature is healing for the mind, body and soul. I started practicing qigong and tai chi last year and now Karate! I do not recommend anything i don't use/do for my own health. Big believer in TCM! Love your videos! Thank you for sharing. 🙏Have a happy & healthy New Year! 🥂🎉

Hi Dr Heyne. I've been on anti-depressants for a few months (first time in my life). Before I always relied on natural remedies. Even though I'm currently on medication, do you feel that the methods you suggest will offer additional healing and be beneficial? Thanks in advance!

Yes I have emotions which I haven’t expressed that are stored in my body & hence why I have challenges with my joints. I just don’t know to release them from my body. I don’t have anyone to go to to ask & have them help me release what is stored in my body. Once I would get that released I know I would be pain free!! Why is this TOO MUCH to hope for in our society? But it SHOULDN’T be!!! How do I release what is stored in my body?

I understand Chinese medicine concept of emotions. But Chinese medicine doesnt even come close to Homeopathy when it comes to emotion. But still Homeopathy alone is not panacea. The best way is to combine both Homeopathy and Chinese medine. Very few doctors have reached this level.
