      That's the head supervisor, Missy! She's been my best friend in the garage for 13 1/2 years now. She always gets the first ride and she knows it, sits in the passenger side waiting as I work on them. Rescued her when she was 1 or 2 years old. She was found tied to a pole and abandoned. Best dog ever right there too.

      Ope! Wrong video lol that's my other boxer daisy Duke. She's been my other best friend for about 6 years now. She showed up one day because she was getting passed around without a home. I said leave her here, I'll find her a good time, I DID! 😆 mine!

      @@LTscustomgarage Finding skilled artisans to do good work is difficult. I paid body shop in 2017 $2200 to fix windshield leaking at the top on my 1994 Astro van. I begged the shop to fix it again but they say they are too busy even if I pay them $1000 more. I went to another shop and got $3500 estimate. #6 connecting rod spun a bearing so I ordered reman engine that I paid for but not been delivered yet. I want to do the repair work myself sometime in future so your videos help me figure it out. Thanks for your videos. ruclips.net/video/aacNKkc5QB4/видео.htmlsi=TcZDwhuWO_TuTSzP

      @dennissytsma3561 I've found a lot of body shops stay away from rust repairs, easy insurance work is what they like. Glad I could be of some help for you, good luck with your project!

    That grinder disc you used looks like a diamond blade which is used for cutting concrete or fibre cement, which will be why it’s not cutting fast but also lasting a long time lol

      @LTscustomgarage  Год назад +1

      Yeah its like those. This one is specifically for metal though. There's probably a better brand out there, but I'll stick with the traditional cutoff wheels

      @@LTscustomgarage true! Makes sense why it would last a lot longer than just the regular grinding disc then, awesome video too btw I’m about to attempt to do my Honda civics windows for the first time 😁

    Did you epoxy and fully paint/clear channel before window install? Trying to figure if i should do it all or just epoxy where the glass is seating then urethane primer.?

    • @LTscustomgarage
      @LTscustomgarage  8 месяцев назад +2

      I havnt reinstalled the window yet, this is a big project I'm working on. It is in epoxy now and will be painted with the rest of the truck before I install the window.

      @@LTscustomgarage From what I'm told by the windshield installers the 3M panel adhesive is perfect with application of a acid brush. Then they use the urethane primer
