Love the monster wheel, much easier to control the low speed with it being a 7lb flywheel. It also smooths out the machine. The light is very nice but awkwardly short necked, if it were 2 or 3 inches longer it would work better. (Story of my life.) I may have to get that magnetic guide but for now I need practice keeping my stitches straight so until I attack the Bimini I'll hold off on that item.
Oh Dear, maybe I should get a machine for heavy duty sewing so I don't ruin the one I use currently and am deeply attached to.Your videos are always excellent and informative and I thank you Renee for all of the demonstration that you did during your expose. The right tool for the job is how I would sum up this sewing machine and your upholstery items!!!
Hello, this steering wheel has an old machine to adapt it and the belt and its bearing where the motor goes and where to buy it, I wait for your answer, blessings for you
hello what power does that motor of the sailrite machine have and where can I buy one to adapt to mine please respond to and funnels to make biases of all kinds from the largest to the smallest please
Hi do they have an in invisible foot for invisible zippers l bought the machine about a year ago because the stitch is wider than a regular house machine but I do gown and I need invisible zippers
We have roping zipper feet. Maybe those will help: www.sailrite.com/Sewing-Machines/Sailrite-Sewing-Machine-Parts/Presser-Feet/Sewing-Machine/Ultrafeed-LSZ~1/type/Products?order=custitem_popularity
i want to go into drapery and bed sheets and cushion which one of your machine do u recommend also i am in the carribbean do u ship machine and accessories to that destination
Those tasks usually require only a straight stitch sewing machine. So, I would lean towards the Sailrite LS-1 Sewing Machine. The PLUS package should do nicely. You will need a roping zipper foot left for some of your sewing applications. Let me know if you have more questions. If you feel you may want to do both straight stitch and zigzag you may want to opt up to the LSZ-1 PLUS.
* * * Why does the heavy wheel make the machine run quieter...? I'm curious about it... several reviews indicate the noise is significantly louder than a domestic machine. * * * Until that time. . .
The Monster II Balance wheel is solid steel and does not have a hollowed out backside, like the plastic standard Power Plus Balance Wheel. Because of this the noise of the sewing machine does not reverberate from a hollowed out backside, as found on the Power Plus Balance Wheel. This makes the Monster II much quieter. Yes, the Sailrite Ultrafeed is much louder than a domestic sewing machine, that is very true! It sews like a dream and makes more noise. Let me know if you have more questions.

Hi. Thanks for the video. I've been watching your videos and like the machine. I'm from Africa and I have a clothing line which I export after production. Do I need this machine for that? The only heavy fabric I sew is jeans.
For your production work, I would instead purchase the Sailrite® Fabricator: www.sailrite.com/Sewing-Machines/Industrial-Sewing-Machines/Sailrite-Fabricator-Sewing-Machine

Glad to hear! Thanks for the suggestion on the light, we will evaluate it in the near future.

What happens if you manually roll the stock wheel with the motor engaged? Can it affect the timing or damage the machine? I’ve done that a few times.
can you use a double-needle?
Question. Can your 1.25” carpet binder fit on my Consew 225 and my Consew 2206 machines? I sure hope so.
