I found this video right on time. Today I’m doing mousse def topped with the custard. I figured the mousse would work first to provide the “wet” hair application for the custard. I hope my theory works!
Guess I would love to see the video you suggested with pairing the different products on each side! I loved your first two videos, they really help me in deciding which one I wanted to use 😊
I've seen most do the mousse first as a moisture base...then the gel/custard on top for the hold factor. I'm going to do the mousse first when I try it. Looks really nice!😍 Can't wait to try this combo!
Thank you!! & yes that makes sense! I just wasn’t sure if the custard would work as well if my hair wasn’t wet. I think I’m going to try that eventually!
I see what you mean with mousse before gel. The mousse doesn’t really adhere to the hair and you can sometimes not apply enough gel because it looks defined enough but that was the mousse. Yes the mousse could be a moisture base but it’s a curl setting foam so I applied it after I did my big sections of gel. I smoothed the mousse over top and that destroyed anydrizz left over. I shook my hair to really any clumps that formed from me doing that. Wash n go wash stretched with heat and looks beautiful on day 2
i can't touch your hair through the screen lmao but it's definitely the one that suits you best imo out of all your trials with the custard. it looks defined, shiny, and it seems to move well enough too (if that makes sense lol) I'll have to pick up the mousse bc this seems right up my alley, and the custard gave me a lot of hold but wash day comes every 4/5 days for me i don't need all of that. 😊😊 good video as always
Maya said to do the Bee Girl first then the crazy sexy cool setting foam. You did it right.

My experiment turned out beautifully. My best result so far. 😁
Love this combo with Mousse Def as the curl primer 😍. It is my favorite combo 💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾
Your hair came out beautifully. I literally just tried it the same exact way and the results were great.
Thank you!!

Did you air dry or sit under a hooded dryer?
