Your hair is GORGEOUS 😍 I used the custard with the mousse Def and loved the results. This custard is the reason I won't be wasting my time and money on anymore gels 😂

I tried th custard with uncle funkys curly magic and that fixed the flakes and my hair was more moisturized and still had a great hold. Hope that helps

I just tried The Doux Mousse for the first time and loved it. I have the Bee Girl Curly Custard and I like it. I'll have to try them together next wash day. Thanks for sharing your results. Beautiful.
Ikr the hair should be saturated with water to hydrate and reduce frizz. Also when watching the creator's video of the doux, she's quite generous with the foam
How do you stop your hair shrinking up whilst drying? This is my biggest problem, my hair is about similar length to yours when wet but once I apply the mousse/foam and diffuse it just shrinks completely up which I hate 😭
I like to use a mousse/foam over a soft hold/botanical gel like curly magic. Adds additional hold and body.

Perhaps you already tried this, but I tried the Bee Girl crazy sexy curl foam with the pop lock over it and got the best wash n go I've ever had!
I did this same combo and LOVE my results!!!

I was thinking the same thing watching other videos. Like, you need more water , not product.

I stretch my hair sometimes with a blow dryer, but I’ve recently started pineappling after I diffuse to stretch which helps too
how do you like this set products compared to mielle’s coil custard for wash and go’s?
They’re very similar in consistency, but this has a MUCH firmer hold and is not as moisturizing as Mielle’s coil custard.
I’ve yet to find a custard that doesn’t flake in my hair.
Have you tried Mielle’s Pomegranate and Honey Curl forming custard? It doesn’t have a strong hold, but it’s never flaked on me before.
