- Mitch Gallagher presents two very special Martin guitars, with help from Martin's Fred Greene. The D-100 Deluxe is based on Martin's 1,000,000th guitar, which is one of the most ornate guitars ever made. With a Brazilian rosewood back and sides topped with spruce, gorgeous appointments, and over 1,000 individual inlay pieces, the D-100 Deluxe is a once-in-a-lifetime guitar.
The OM-45 DeLuxe Authentic 1930 features a Brazilian rosewood back and sides topped with torrefied Adirondack spruce, and treated with Martin’s Vintage Tone System (VTS) in order to replicate the aged appearance and tonality of the 1930 originals. These guitars also sport authentic 1930 barrel and heel necks, Style 45 “snowflakes” fingerboard inlays, and Waverly engraved gold banjo tuners with solid MOP buttons.

It's crazy they sold both the d-100's since they made this video. Went to check em out on the website but they're gone! Kudos to whoever owns them!
Oh the fake hype. There are so many less known, much cheaper guitars that sound as good or even better. When people will start listen with their ears and not eyes.
I am a Martin guitar collector and I find it amazing to me when Fred Greene stated he almost has a heart attack every time one of these time pieces were being manufactured in the Martin custom shop and he would tell the builders to be careful with them. Yet, here he is in a pearl and chrome metal button down cowboy shirt turning the guitar and hitting it against his buttons every time. You would think a VP of CF Martin & Co would be a bit more careful himself when handling such a rare piece.

걸어놓고 눈요기하는 거라면 화려해도 좋다.
하지만 악기는 연주하는것이다. 자개를 플렛트에 박아놓은 악기는 연주자에겐 지저분한 장식에 지나지 않는다. 연주에 방해만 될 뿐이다.
They ruined those 2 pieces of beautiful Brazilian RW on the back, by carving most of it out for the abalone inlays!. Ridiculous!

Love the headstock on the D-100...the rest of the inlay is a bit much...The OM-45 is stunning.
The neck is something to admire tho

Some nice work , however i doubt this and others like it will get played , so i see no point in making it
if you scratch something like this while playing it, it will cost you 600 dollars so it will no doubt go in a vault

i used to have one but a string broke so i threw it away, it really broke my heart to do it, but that string was irreplaceable.
Local bloke from England had a PC hard drive with keys to his bitcoins that last time I've heard were worth £250m which he threw away by mistake. That's a quarter of a billion. Think about that one.

The inlays on the back looks pretty cool, but the print "d-100 Martin" looks.. cheap and kinda weird.
