Man iam telling you!!! Antoine is the Arnold Schwarzenegger of this day!!! His body,personality, his voice sounds way different than everyone else's, has the ability bullshit crack jokes but never loses focus, and the thing that really sets him apart is whenever he's around he brings everyone up!!! Makes everyone want to be in the gym,want to lift heavier, he makes everyone enjoy what they are doing!!!!

Most pros eventually have to have their glans cut out so it's not anything usual or a problem by any means. It just so happened that his flared up at a bad time. Most pros take care of it earlier on so later down the road it's not an issue.

Day, come in depleted, washed out smallish etc...bc a lot of them follow same nutrition and drug protocols and you cant do that as everyone is diff . Assimilate macros diff, drugs diff water intake diff.
