There is a one way design on this fabric and one of your panels is upside down. Also, why would you sew blindly when you could turn the fabric over with the zipper on top and follow the line on the zipper?
I don't sew (but I want to learn) so excuse my wording here.. did it also bother you that the corners are like not sewed diagonally? I would personally use a flat colour and sew diagonally for a more uniform look, but then again.. I'm only learning. What the hell do I know 😅
Very helpful thanks but it bugged me that the 2 back pieces were laid opposite way. Wouldn't have mattered on solid fabric or blender but did on the chosen patterned fabric x
Thank you Kris, Your tutorial helps my confidence that I can do the hidden zipper on my "Home Is Where The Haunt Is" pillow.
Great tutorial. Best method I’ve seen!
Thank you Kris! You certainly took the mystery out of making the pillow. Thank you!
Thank you. So much easier to watch you do it!
I love this technique!! Thank you Kris!!
Thank you Kris. I loved the October pillow and definitely love this adorable fabric too.
Wow! Who knew? Thank you so so much! You are an amazing teacher kris:)
Just what I was looking for to finish my Kimberbell pillow! Thank you!
Ahhh!! 🤦♀️🤦♀️
Never thought of doing this 🙄
Thank you Kris! Tutorial was so useful!
Thank you! You made that look SOOO easy! Another amazing tip from MGQS! :)
Did I miss something? I know you cut the zipper length but Did you sew over the zipper teeth when you sewed the flange???
Oh for cuteness sakes! I will have to try this for sure. Do you have a tutorial on making a flange pillow?
Thank you Kris.
