    I had the worst week of my life. So many mean things happened to me. If I think about that it makes me want to cry. I am out of a job. I just feel bad. But Miranda even though she does not know it I feel like she has been by my side though it all and her work outs make me feel better. Thanks Miranda

    I am doing a keto deal right now and this just simply feels good. I was surprised how hard the shoulder moves were but how wonderful it felt to open them up. Thanks for sharing

    Feel good workout.originally found Classical stretch on a local TV station in New Mexico ( episodes were filmed in the Gila Wilderness area)
    I'm used to Miranda giving a bit more heads up for the next movement,esp. When the one I'm doing has me pointed down to the floor. Was having to catch up .

    I have sciatica and it agravated it.....shoild i continue?? I love this workout abd have been doing it for decades.

    I was an idiot the other day well a couple of weeks ago and yesterday I was jogging on rough terrain and fell both times pretty hard hit my face into a tree. Bleeding I looked like I got beat up. But Miranda g doing her stretching I was traumatized over the falling but I have to keep walking. Miranda helped me get over my fear she said I don't have to win the Olympics here just move your body. I still am afraid if falling but now I just walk not run. Thank you Miranda.
