    I make “beef” and broccoli with soy curls rehydrated in vegan beef bouillon. I never thought about making a burrito! Great idea!

    Right on point! I was craving pancakes this morning and thought to check and see if you had anything high-protein and here it is, just posted yesterday! I am making them into pancakes this morning and tweaking the ingredients a little to be on point with my macros.💯 Your content is amazing and such a life-savor for wonderful high-protein recipes/ideas for us mid-lifers protecting and building our muscle! 💪

    Loved this video! I would like to see more like this. I’m going to try all the recipes especially the cheesecake yum! I’ve recently tried soy curls and really like them. I make them like you do with bbq sauce. I like the idea of putting them in a wrap though. I enjoyed seeing your workouts as well.

      Thank you. Yes Please go through my playlist called "what I eat for Fat Loss". All recipes in this playlist are lower in calories :) With all my recipes that I share, You can always add less carbs to each of the meals to reduce overall calories.Hope this helps.

      Hi Welcome to my community! :) Most of my meals in meal plan do have onions, garlic but you can easily omit those things from the recipes. I do not have low FodMap meal plans in particular. So my recipes will contain everything, you'll just have to modify or not add things based on what you can tolerate.

    Everything looks so delicious! I like to find high protein recipes for my family. My only challenge is that I digest protein very slowly so I tend to limit it. Have you ever had to deal with this issue?

      Hi, sorry to hear about your digestive problem with protein. Fortunately I don't believe I have this issue. I digest protein okay except normal flatulates that's part of a normal digestive system on a plant based diet as we're consuming lot of fiber. 🤭 I'm not a nutritionist but if you find you have digestive problems then definitely seek out professional help to get to the root cause of your symptoms! Possibly start to record a food log to see how you feel after consuming certain proteins, this will help you eliminate or avoid proteins that are causing problem. I hope this helps. 🙂

      Thanks for your response; I think it stems my hypothyroidism, meds don’t seem to help with this. I’m experimenting with increasing my protein and seeing if I can tolerate the slow digestion. I definitely feel more satiated.

    The meals you prepared look so delicious, but the carb content is a bit high. How can one successfully lose weight?

      Please adjust calorie intake per your needs. You can also go over my Playlist of "what I eat in a day for Fat loss". Calorie content of those meals are much lower :)
