Pwede ba bawasan yung salt mo instead of addition on sugar? Sobrang sugar content na yata kasi. Maybe you couldve washed thoroughly after curing with salt. 😊
we actually didn't use curing salt in this recipe kaya All-Natural sya. Try it you may test it accordingly sa tingin mong will work for you. this one kasi, ay just tama lang. it may look and taste so sweet, but it's just but right.
