- EASY TOCINO (Healthier version)
1 kg meat of your choice, thinly sliced
3/4 cup coconut, or muscovado, or brown sugar
1/4 cup pineapple or orange juice
1 pc (around 2-inch diameter) sugar beet
2-3 teaspoons salt
black pepper, to taste

Maraming salamat chef sa mga shared recipes mo. As a person living here in Europe sayo lang ako kumukuha ng mga recipes pag may okasyon kasi alam kong hindi ako mapapahiya sa mga bisita. Ginawa ko itong tocino on my husband’s birthday at nagustuhan nila. They even asked for the recipe so i just gaved them the link of your youtube channel. Although mga danish sila natuwa parin sila kasi the way you demonstrate it eh masusundan parin nila. Kaya maraming salamat talaga sayo chef. Sana hindi ka magsasawang magbahagi ng iyong talento sa pagluluto sa amin. May the Lord bless you more than what u deserved mabuhay ka chef!

I tried this recipe- it works! I don't need to buy it from the store anymore. What's even better is it's very forgiving and versatile - i omitted the beet and it still had an appetizing color to it. Another time, I used apple juice and added some garlic powder and it was great!

Chef garlic skinless longganisa naman po gawin nyo next time 😊
Siguro the same ang recipe, Pero May dagdag nang calaminsi for hamonado chorizo, and crushed garlic. Sugar as well and anatto( acheute) powder, For the coloring of the chorizo, and salt and pepper to your liking, and roll in sarhran wrap and freez. Blend all the achute, calamsi, sugar and salt and pepper in a blender, then mix with your minced pork. Take out from freezer as needed. It’s so good.

Pwede rin pampakulay yung paprika, sa akin mas ok na yung natural at ngkukulay din nman yung brown sugar.

I tried without beet or food colour po and it’s perfectly ok po. What I did is add 1TBSP of water and simmer the tocino in very low heat until the water dried and I kept stirring it or turning it until it’s cooked.
If you want garlic flavor, You can add minced garlic po and black pepper Ang Sarap po
