    It does not matter if he speaks tagalog even for me, I'm a norwegian. In their website there is the recipe in english and very good in explaining and easy to follow instructions. And many many good recipies. :-)
    The only unconvinient for most european is to convert american measurement into the metric system. Cup into liters, ounce into gram, Farenheit into Celcius and so on. But that issue is solved by the many free converters on the internet. :-)

    Good job man. :) actually, that is how my dad makes inihaw na liempo, but he uses kalamansi instead of lemon. The best dip for this amazing dish is atsara (or cane vinegar with onion, garlic and chili if you don't like atsara).

    @twebb72 I'm afraid Banana ketchup is only sold and produced here in the Philippines. Although Tomato Ketchup, in my opinion, will still do fine if you really don't have banana ketchup.

    Nasa states 'tong nagluluto. Wala siyang kalamansi, lemon lang. Mahirap maghanap ng fresh kalamansi sa U.S.

    lol. sikreto talaga yung ketsup at mantika. pero bakit kaya ang dami mong alam na recipe? coz correct me if im wrong, but from what i understand, ur not a professional chef. did your mom cook a lot when you were growing up? kc ako nga gehl (girl), e ang alam ko lang prito, ihaw, at stir fry. XD.

    you should know na it's wrong to baste the meat with the marinade unless na e.boil mo ito because maraming bacteria like salmonella o ecoli from raw meat, tapos ipapahid mo sa meat mo while cooking??? that's dangerous... no no no...
