    I followed the instructions to the letter. Grabe! Malutong nga siya at moist sa loob. At saka, talagang di pumuputok kapag na air dry! Kung kailan ako naging 57 years old, eh ngayon lang ako nakaluto ng maayos. Hehehehehe. Thanks Chef!

    What I like about chef rv is while he does his videos,.. He answers what your mind is asking.... Xample,.. "what if we don't have"prior to your question he will answer to his videos!! Very practical but genius!!!

      Mind reader Chef! I just hate the boiling tons of oil. I can see your air fryer in the background, I have seen comparisons of oven baked, deep fried and air fryer. Looks same quality of crackling pork skin, yummy 😋

    Great tips Chef RV! I have yet to try the oven dried method so will definitely do that next time. I also splash some water just before I remove the lechon from the oil, that helps adds crunch 😉

    Thanks to you, I now know I could dry my pork belly on my air fryer.
    I was thinking about doing it like this:
    - Boiling it 45 minutes with herbs and spices
    - Drying it from 45 - 1 hour on Airfryer at around 100 - 120 Celsius
    - And to make it crispy, 20 minutes at 200 Celsius!
    I'll tell you if it works! Wish me luck! :D

    The reason I watch the video from start to finish and repeated for a lot of time chef rv is because you always have additional tips that are not explained from the other youtuber. Thank you for the lessons as always chef😊I almost missed that patis/vinegar 🤣🤣🤣

    Your video is the best so far that I have seen on how to get pork belly crunchy. I saw one that put oil on the skin and rubbed with rock salt. Would that make it even crispier? I want to try this. It reminds me of our Cajun pork cracklins.

      Hi chef r v!! I think you added patis first and vinegar but that was patis added twice. But you called the vinegar patis. So do we add vinegar also? It looks so delicious i will try it for easter. But do you have s dipping sauce like a vinegar garlic or chili please . Also what is the only l temperature.
