So ordered this phone through Verizon but cancelled my order. Thanks for the information. This would be my primary phone. The battery life is a deal breaker.
I did the same. It was hard because I LOVE LOVE LOVE how the phone looks. Whenever they release the upgraded version, I'm getting it, regardless of what the specs are. After watching a million reviews on this phone, I just cant spend $1500 on this phone. I want to, BAD. But it's just not smart for me.
I sold phones for T-Mobile back in the times of flip phones. I do not recall us ever slow motion flipping the device to see what the hinged sounded like. ROFLMAO. I don't get it. Open it, close it. LOL. I bet they were like.... damn.
Screens have always been in layers. It is true that a candy bar phone has less points of failure. That was the advantage of flips in earlier times because the screens were fragile anyway. Flipping them shut protected the new color screen that just came to the phones. Perhaps that's where the RAZR team gets their confidence. These screens are more fragile than the gorilla unbreakable screens, sure, but are they really more fragile than what screens have always been in a flip phone? Flip phones will make these slab flagships we like so much look like the old bag phones once they get all their bugs tweaked. Z Flip looks like a little kids Fisher price toy phone. On the RAZR I think motorola could have went a little thicker and got their specs better. So between the two flip smartphones one is god awful ugly and the other is to weak. We never ever stood around and folded phones up to our ear to see if they were dead silent. A sound of mechanics is expected. The clicks and snaps. If it's the screen material that makes a sounds its possibly because of the way this device hinges to prevent hard crease. I know I could adapt to knowing theres not much under the screen in the hinge area but wouldnt be pleased with a hard creas in the area when viewing. All good thoughts.
Horrible implementation of the retro dialer. They should've made it into a skin for the phone dialer that you can toggle on or off to be the primary skin.
There's nothing like the original! I'm still using mine to this day!!

If they brought back the OG razr, I'd drop all this extra phone crap I don't need and get one of those in a heartbeat.
Would you say that would be a worthwhile purchase once you can buy it on sale for half off?
Did you end up getting one?
@@YoYoItSJ Yeah I did, but that mushy screen bothered me so much I had to return it and get a note 10 plus.
My battery lasts me all day bruh
@@sandeepmody4877 Of course it can.
You can also hang up on someone by closing the phone.
How long did it take to get yr molorola razor phone
Ok thanks i order my throught molorola on February 8th and still aint recieved it
Do u honestly hear that sound closing it normally???
It's fine my dont squeak
I loved my original Razr phone but I wont pay $1500 for medium specs.
I wish you could change the startup sound! To the other start up sound that the razors came with
Honestly I don't know why they didn't use the earpiece for a second speaker, like they did with the Z4. Maybe in the next Generation.
How is the call reception on the new razr?
Really good, the phone is solid despite what people say about it. I've had mine a month and no squeaks
Call clarity and service is excellent, beautiful Device
Looks Bad ass. But don’t look $1500 bad ass.

Had mine a week. Battery lasts all day unless I watch a whole lot of youtube.
Agreed.
Do you still like it? I got a great deal on one but I’m getting so many mixed reviews!
Lets go frozen (-25 -30°C) and open and close display
Can I buy your old Razr? Not joking haha
Another android gimmick.
