If you don't have the means to train a lot, intermittent LSS running for 30+ mins to build your steady state cardio and hillsprints on weekends for sprinting development

Craig's the one who taught Rogan his spinning back kick that Rogan taught to GSP. That's how he got invited to train with the squad after Rogan told Danaher where he learned it from.

Martial arts is a very dangerous game, you should protect your body and prepare for the worse, if he had great spinal extension ability he likely would’ve been protected but then again it’s a lot of force and that is hard to achieve but not impossible
Of course, I want the rematch and thought you did just enough, but it was close. But Islam, his striking coach and management have all said they won't do the rematch. Which is BS, but they're going to try to not do it. I bet he will fight 1 or 2 more times and retires. I would almost bet the house on it. If you don't get the rematch basically now, he will fight someone else and retire.
What's funny is that he really has yellow belt in taekwondo and he really is on steroids.
