Lyoto such an inspiration, reminds me of Rickson, in terms of his thoughtfulness and insight into life's questions... As Quinton said, Lyoto gives to another level and new thoughts on how to live life and "PERCEPTION" about how your perception dictates how one can handle different, difficult situations which we all face! 🙏 ❤️ 🥊

Probably my favorite podcast man every single time he comes out with bangers and every episode highlights the guests so much. No one interrupts the guests or tries to make it all about themselves. This podcast is honestly what I think the golden standard of what podcasts should be. Love it and much respect to one of my favorite fighters and personalities senor rampage Jackson lol
