@@TheCyclingTattooist Me again, as my last response, i think it over, and write it once, you asked for input for your channel, i like to ride road and sometimes gravel, there's so much passion in what you do, id like to know what switched you, drinking too going 2 years without, what is that all about?
Great to see my local roads on one of your vids. When the summer legs kick in, an epic route is a mix of the Kentish Killer and Hell of the Ashdown routes, with a few cafe stops as well.
I have the same 100 series landcruiser! I bloody love it. Brilliant for throwing a bike in the back. Looks like a JDM import.. so jealous I really want one, mine is a australian delivered model, not as fancy albeit the same vehicle basically
Nice, didn’t expect that much elevation around Kent mind, defo cool to start on the race track. Got my first sportive in May, taking your advice and bringing everything I own for the bike in my van just in case!
New bars look great! I'm a massive fan of one-piece integrated (have them on both my bikes, but switched them out twice to get a better fit) BUT, I'm a bigger fan of fitting better on your bike! What'd you do - longer stem?
Nice, quick question - The gentlemen taking the bike out of the Porsche, any ideas where he got the orange chain keeper from? Think that's what it's called.
Your videos are amazingly fun to watch Im right now on my turbo trainer watching your Videos. Also trying to Figure out how many and what cameras are you using. Cheers they are the best
Thank you… For most of my videos I use either 1 or 2 go pros… but in recent videos I use a mixture of go pro, 360 and slr… oh and also some drone too! 😁👍
What size is your bike mate and how tall are you? I’ve been offered one extra cheap and ridden couple times but it’s a 51, your response could be make or break!
I’m 5’8” and ride a 51cm… with 380mm bars and a -21 degree 120mm stem… but I do have an usual shaped body! Short little legs and a long torso (well by comparison anyways) 👍
@@TheCyclingTattooist near enough the exact same as me, I’ll have to take it for a test ride it’s a 2021 105 bike and he’s offering it to me for a grand!
@@TheCyclingTattooist Cheers, but I meant the make , model 😂 (I should have been more clear) I'm looking for another bar, stem combo that can do full internal routing.
Great episode, Thomas. The 1mile = 100ft elevation gained is also known as the Devon Ratio! Can't help it round here, it just kinda happens. Check out the Dartmoor Classic in June. It's probably sold out this year, but would love to see you smash that. There's 3 route lengths for you to chose from too. Knowing you, I know which one you'd go for! Nice one for chatting through the new cockpit. Negative rise stem and narrower bars? Big up yourself, brother ❤️💛💚
Ahhh that’s cool never heard of that before… was a fair old chunk of elevation! And yeah I went with a -21 degree 120mm stem and a 380mm bar… feels great! 😁🙌
@@TheCyclingTattooist Yeah, unlikley it's spread very far, it's only about 3 of us yokles who say it! Minus 21, 120mm and 38cm, slammed! Aero gains to be had! Are they wider on the drops or did I imagine it? Happy riding!
I love your intro so much, it puts me into such a good mood instantly everytime. Pair with a coffee or a cup of tea 👍

Excellent content, thanks for the upload
🙏
That’s a great place to start an event! Although difficult not to set off hot when starting on a race track 🏎️
Another great video as always mate 👍

They purposely make the route hit all the known climbs in the area… just to be spiteful! 🤣👍
Oh man I would LOVE this

You really deserve more subscribers, the content is amazing and also fairly unique. What stem have you got with the bars?
Miles' buff is a war crime btw
that Pac-Song in the end would go better with your black mercedes;)
Great video, as always! I have the Prime Primavera carbon bars on my Giant TCR and get on very well with them.
They’re great… I love them! 🙌
Looks a beast of a ride, i rode Hell of the ashdown a couple of weeks back and that was tough enough👍
HOTA is a brutal ride as well… I done that last year! 👍
I watched your video, it's what made me want to do it 👍
Great video as usual, if Alex wants a longer ride, have a look at the tour de manc, 50k, 100k 100mile and 200k options
Looks brilliant Thomas
Great day out! 😁🙌
I did ‘The Hell of Ashdown’ the weekend before this … same same … but will do this one next year
Looks like you were on time for once Thomas, well done.
I know right… probably won’t happen again for a while. 🤣
Instant notification. Instant like and comment. Easy work. 😎🤟

Nice, quick question - The gentlemen taking the bike out of the Porsche, any ideas where he got the orange chain keeper from? Think that's what it's called.
Looks like a Morgan Blue Chain Keeper
You can get them anywhere… I got one off Amazon… cheap as chips and a great little gadget!
First time anyone's called me a gentlemen!

please tell me more about that mount set up you have in your car!? Been looking for this kind of thing for my van...cheers
It’s just a cheap through axle mount I got off Amazon, then I bolted it to the floor using a piece of box section aluminium! 😁👍
@@TheCyclingTattooist custom fabrication…nice! Is there anything TCT can’t do :)
combination of machines, bikes and craic. Love ur Land Cruiser and ur custom bike rack just built on a piece of wood?

That's a cool front anxle mount in the boot of the car - which one is that?
Just a random one off Amazon… that I made a custom mount for out of box section aluminium!
