In this video I will be giving you guys tips to fix your Xbox One games that won't load, I personally had a lot of trouble with Battlefield 4 and got a tip that permanently fixed my Battlefield 4 game and it now loads up every time so I thought I would share it with you guys to stop this happening to you :D The things I talk about in this video might not permanently fix the game for you and they might not work at all but I hope they do because they did for me and I know what it is like to not be able to play the game you want to play!

For those that can't go to settings, hold down the power button on your xbox, the xbox kind of works like a phone. If you just press the power button it will go into sleep mode (hint the xbox on command) if you hold the power button down then it will completely shut off just as a phone would. It worked for me hope it works for you (:

Lex The Gamer: I don't know what they call it but it's normal, your Xbox isn't broken. It happens to a lot of people and has done since the Xbox One was released.

***** The only thing I can suggest is to power cycle/hard reset your Xbox One. Some people have said that it fixes the settings not opening but if it don't work I am sorry but the only other thing is to contact Xbox Live support.
Some of you have this problem with NBA 2k17 like I did but there is a solution. Just uninstall it and then reinstall it, this WON'T delete or corrupt your data on the game like your Myteam or Myplayer. Hope this helps👍🏽

Matt Williams: Microsoft and Sony have been hacked. A lot of stuff isn't working at the minute. When the next gen consoles are up and running properly again, everything should fix itself

UPDATE: The delete MAC Address method is still working. I just tried it and it worked.
This same problem happened to my network settings, that means I cannot even clear anything inside of this category. Screw the xbox one, and screw microsoft.

A fix for "Please try again. For some reason Xbox.SystemUpdate took too long to start. (0x8027025a)" when trying to update the Xbox One is to go to settings, power & startup, then press restart and yes. After the Xbox One has restarted, it should be able to update.

Jodie Evans: Microsoft and Sony got hacked so they're just getting everything back up and running. You don't have to uninstall your games but it can sometimes help. It should fix itself when Xbox Live is working properly again
I have the halo mcc but the part it frozen immediately and then it says it took too long to load so what do i do.
Arrowtonge I spoke to Xbox Live Support about BBC iPlayer yesterday because I've been having troubles with that app and they told me to go through these troubleshooting tips to fix multiple problems with the Xbox One. The first thing you need to do is go to your settings, then to the Disc & Blu-ray settings and clear your persistent storage 3 times. Then go to your network settings --> advanced settings --> alternate MAC address --> CLEAR the alternate MAC, don't do anything else. Then select the restart option. When your Xbox restarts you will need to hard reset it by holding the power button on the console for 5-10 seconds and then take the power cable out of the back of the console for 30-60 seconds. Then plug the cable back in and turn your console on. Give it time to boot up your dashboard and then try your game again. It's not a definite fix but that is the only thing Microsoft will tell you to do. Hopefully it works for you :D

The fun thing is the first method doesn't work for me because there is some reason even settings don't want to open
+Eduard Apetrei Hard reset your Xbox to fix the settings not opening. Hold your finger over the power button whilst the Xbox is on until it turns off with your finger on the button and then power it on again and you should see a green Xbox screen which means you've done the hard reset properly and your settings should load up after that :D
No. All your stuff will be safe. This is what the Microsoft Live Chat support recommend you to do and it worked for me :D

Guys if this error happens to you because it happend to me trying to start forza horizon 3 just unplug the power cord and plug it back in (hard RESTART not reset)
Just a quick FYI. Today I received this message and error code for the game Shadow of Mordor. Tried 3 different hard starts for the console, including your method and they didn't work. Still getting the message and error code. Am now attempting an uninstall and reinstall of the game. Hope I don't lose my saved game.
vespertin As long as you selected delete from console your saved data will be fine but if you chose delete from everywhere then your saved data deletes from the cloud as well. I'm sorry my method didn't work

I have been hearing this a lot recently and I'm sorry to hear it because that must been a pain but the only thing I suggest is contacting Xbox Live support for their help or maybe you could try asking an Xbox ambassador on the website
***** You don't need to do it for 15 minutes. If you're talking about how to power cycle/hard reset your console it takes 30-60 seconds to reset the operating system in the Xbox One and you will know if you done it for long enough because you will see a green screen before you see your home screen and it will take longer to boot only for the first time after taking the power cable out. If you want to wait longer then you can but you don't have to. Thank you for the comment trying to help people. It is greatly appreciated :D

It's happening to me currently. I don't think it has anything to do with the hacks anymore. I can't get into my settings. No game will load, like at all, won't even get the error code. I only get the code when I try to load settings etc. My power button goes dim every time this occurs, and when I power down the xbox, it brightens up, and flashes, like it is downloading a patch. After..... 5 minutes or so, it stops, I can reboot xbox and it will work. Are the updates really that frequent? I don't think it's updates. Will try your MAC reset when it's done blinking at me currently.
I hope you can get it fixed. Whenever I turn my Xbox off it always makes noises and stuff. I'm not sure if it even is updates but it's annoying. Let me know

I can't even GET to my settings, though. It says it takes to long for EVERYTHING I click... so... I'm unable to really do anything.
Shoopy Shan It should all be up and running soon. I spoke to Xbox support earlier today and they said it's because of the service status. Microsoft and Sony got hacked. PS4 users can't even sign in yet but Microsoft managed to fix that problem. I'm still having problems loading games and party chat myself

I'm sorry but the only thing I can think of is to contact Xbox Live support and ask them. Either speak to them on live chat which I would recommend or you could try asking an Xbox ambassador or phoning the Xbox Live customer support to see if they can help

This is for nba 2k16!An easier fix for this problem andthis problem only is sign out of your account, then load 2k up again. When it says click A to play do not click the xbox button click A then click the account your trying to sign into 2k with then it should all work out good, lets tryto get this comment to 10 likes that would be great, Thank You! 😃

pokemonkid8 I'm not entirely sure how to fix that but I have heard that if you power cycle/hard reset your Xbox One then the settings won't get the error code anymore and you will then be able to fix your games. I'm not sure if it definitely works and if it don't then I am sorry but that's all I can suggest. If it doesn't you will need to contact Xbox Live support.

didn't work for me. this error is for battlefield 4 and it happened after the latest update. I have tryed everything and nothing has fixed it
It might just be a bug that's come with the update and you might just need to wait for a fix.
Just fixed mine by factory defaulting it and then signing back into my account works properly now
Just clear reserved space and then just start the game up again it's only 10 seconds

I tried that multiple times and it did work temporarily but then clearing everything like I showed in the video was a permanent fix so I guess it's all down to what your console wants to fix it haha :D

MrHicksyBoii You could try the power cycle/hard reset or whatever it's called by taking your power cable out of the console for 30-60 seconds and then booting it up again which will reset the operating system. That does temporarily work but cleraing the things I mentioned in the video should be a permanent fix for the problem. If it doesn't fix it then you will need to contact Xbox Live support and tell them you have done every available step and it still won't work and then they might suggest sending them the Xbox for them to try and fix or they will replace it for you. You will know when the console has been successfully power cycled because you will see a green screen prior to the console showing your home screen :D

I've contacted them multiple times but they keep saying they don't know anything and the Xbox Live service status hasn't been updated at all since it went down. I'll reply when the services are back up and see if it's been fixed.

I dont have any problems with games but i get error meassage "For some reason home has taken"...etc. It hangs on the green xbox screen when i turn the console on. Do you know any easy fixes?

+TehRoshi There is a fix for that but I can't remember exactly what it is. If you look through the comments I believe I was talking to someone about it. It could just be a waiting game though as a lot of problems have started happening since Christmas.

You can reinstall the game at any time. You don't lose anything by uninstalling :D

zakegang No. I'm not entirely sure what it does but it's safe to do and it should fix your games. I was advised by Xbox Live support to do this myself and it has been a permanent fix so far which was a couple of days before I made the video :D
