    Awesome cuing. Like the video analysis and follow up instruction. Do you guys do joint measurements/table testing as well for before and after a block of your programming? Been a subscriber for some time and learning a lot. Would love to see more youth training principles and system approach!

      Thank you for the kind words and feedback! It depends - for college/pro athletes - yes. For high school athletes - it depends on the specific individual. For younger kids, I don’t. Great question. I’ll try to get more videos around my youth athlete system and principles I follow when training them 👍

      Thank you, appreciate that! I do - right now I’m unfortunately at capacity for online clients, and am not taking anyone on at the moment. I do have some coaches that work with me and employ my system - they’ve got a few openings if interested in that?
