Awesome video, Joey is class with his feedback and interventions.

Couple questions: 1 - what is the purpose of the lunge with the raised heel near the end? 2 - what do the straight leg strides work? I've seen them called Prime Times.

Work the calf/foot Isometrically, how the hip should work with sprinting, isolate and overload the hamstrings, work reactivity w/ ground contact times

the only critique i may have on this is the pull up. i think regression for building pulling strength would be better like a TRX Row but that's just my opinion. much respect 🙏🏽

I respectfully disagree, but why do you think her chin-ups need to be regressed? She does TRX rows - they’re a good exercise

I think she could hold a 2 1/2 plate on her hips while doing it, definitely has the strength to do it strict without some hip movement and swinging but needs to build the habit by not allowing the leg kicking which swings the hips up, allowing the chin to reach the bar easier (like a kipping pull up)

Great video. Where did you get the adjustable high hurdles from? The yellow ones

Thank you! I can’t remember where - they’re called smart hurdles, I think there’s different equipment companies that sell them.
