It depends on what kind of map you are playing, honestly , and partially if you are playing on ladder or against pros. All these things have a hand in how your opponent plays. When I used to play SC back in the day (basically 3v3 BGH) if you left the entrance to your base wide open, it was much harder to defend against rushes because it gave opponents multiple angles and options for attack. You would have to place a bunker near your CC so your marines dont die in a matter of seconds/3 hits and they can defend the majority of your SCVs. The better option though, is usually just to wall off the entrance so that enemy units can’t slip through and just place a bunker near the entrance since you can just slap 4 SCVs to repair the buildings when necessary, and it would buy you enough time to climb the tech tree or get turrets or whatever because they will inevitably follow up with DTs. The con to this strategy though is it is slightly more micro intensive, but the pro is that you are keeping them out of your base, so you only have to focus your attention on 2 different areas.

It would be better if he moved his factory in front of the alley between cc and barracks. Then he could keep his marines in the space and keep out those zealots from the vulture.
Maybe a balance could be decrease zealot health and increase speed slightly. Include full health back in legs upgrade. I think it was 33 marine shots or something to kill a zealot, doesnt seem balanced
RT should have carried through with his threat to fly his buildings to different corners of the map and make the cheeser kill them all. If Terran did that every time they lost to proxy gates, there’d probably be a bit less proxy gating. Plus, it’s VERY fun to troll cheesers.😏 Imagine the vid: RT gets proxy gated. He’s clearly lost. He flies his buildings away, while the cheeser curses him. RT then casually eats a sandwich. 🥪

It's wild how basic Protoss build orders and various forms of rushing can catapult you to A-rank. Try bunker rushing every game as a Terran and you'll stay in E-rank.
