yeesh... $150!! I haven't even paid this much for a complete MS Office suite, and this just overlays existing GPS data... I'll keep looking...

Such an overpriced piece of software. The whole Davinci Resolve studio was just double its price, and that's a TINY bit more advanced. The developers would probably earn a lot more money by dropping its price to 50 euros or even lower, and masses would start using it.
My datalogger and overlay software for track driving cost $20 and does more than this overpriced piece of software. While it seems nice, not going to touch it at that price.
Hello, I've tried several times to use this data from GoPro but the data seems very inaccurate and inconsistent. Some data are not being recorded at all. Is it just me or do other ppl have the same problem?
If the Gopro collects this data , does it also follow that the Quik app can do some of these overlay tricks? What about the major video editing apps? Just looking for a way to do some of this on the cheap you know.
You do not mention very important thing - this does NOT work (GoPro) - when upside-down mounted (what is in their instructions warnings)! At least this is in their info!
I would be cool if GoPro makes it's video showing the us maps and it moves on the map like all other travels video that people can see a dot on the map...
how easy is it to sync data from a garmin watch or cycling computer with the gopro video? In the past it's been a nightmare with most programs to add data overlays for things like heart rate and power meter data when cycling and then get it synced up accurately.
Thank you sir! This looks SUPER COOL and thanks for the discount code! Can't wait to see how this integrates with our Mavic Mini footage, especially on Lake Norman! Oh, this might also integrate well with our theme park coverage (Disney World, Carowinds) and actually,, now that I'm thinking about it, almost everything else!!!
The GPS in GoPro cameras is 18Hz. Bad signal is usually related to the mounting position or not waiting for a good GPS fix before you press record. If the GPS accuracy is bad, you can replace the data with your external GPS track in Telemetry Overlay
@@TelemetryOverlay humm i don't understand so. Camera was idealy placed, i make run longer than 10 minutes but the data was wrong (speedy, G etc) Camera have to not move to fixe gps clearly ? I press record sometimes during the drive...
@@XBOW83 It's hard to know exactly what you problem was in a RUclips comment. But see my video on GPS signal, or get in touch if you want more tailored assistance. I am the developer behind Telemetry Overlay, you can find my email on the website
Yes. Lap times are calculated automatically if the GPS data is good. You can adjust the finish line and how the times are visualised. See the Motorsports tutorial on my channel
Just a word of warning, the GPS in the Gopro is next to useless depending on what you do. For MTB you need an external GPS data logger and then you can use this software successfully.
The Person was all over gopro hub last year or so, pushing his extractor and finally did what gopro could not do, he charged $49.00 for the first released app, Wish the person good luck , congrats on 19.1K subs
Ouch the software is expensive. Looks great though but the price is off putting.
Congrats on 19k!!!!!
Anyone figure out how to display pitch and roll from a Gopro 8?

now it costs 170,- including tax, with 10% coupon it is still 153,- euro.... shurely not for that price.
Yeah no 100 dollars for software is ridiculous.
$99 on sale? That actually caused me to unsubscribe.
you know what would be really cool... if go pro had half decent software to do this in it.... i should have got the DJI camera...
Expensive….

Make it free, nobody wants the next thing to pay for.
11 months later and the price is $150 now. Dashware, free.
can we measure the width of the road with this software
Is there any free alternative ? Like for After effects ?

Se the video on GPS signal in my channel. It might give you some tips to improve your results
I use RaceRender but it has limits. This looks way better - and only $99 dollarydoos. And if you tell them you know Danny its only $90 🤯

The mobile Quik app can. The desktop one does not
deberia existirir version de pruebas suponte sea fallo del gps de la gopro
Love Your Name Tag! 😂🤣😅
Just another crazy American in some far flung....hang on! That's Brisbane, my hometown. How can I not subscribe to a local!

Garmin virb used to record overlays as it shoots. But they flopped as a camera and lost the race to GoPro and insta

For a free albeit more limited option ... Garmin Virb Edit.
Wow this is awesome for those MTB riders or eskate guys!
Great bit of software and great support should you need it
Well done Danny man straight out of Poland. Cheers buddy. 👍👍

Thats cool!
That's a great summary of the software! Thank you!
Great Video Thanks Danny!

It depends a lot on the mounting position. But having a backup file from an external logger is really useful. I agree
Could you suggest a data logger. I don't trust the gopro's connection.
On your way to 20K! It doesn't seem that long ago that we were celebrating your 15K milestone! Keep smashing it like the Sub and Like button!
how amazing would it be if it hit 20k by the end of the year!!!! 🎉 but thanks! i appreciate the support :)
@@DannyBlack I really appreciate the content and competitions! 🤙🏼🎤
Thanks!
Thank You! I used your code!
Thank you :) it’s really cool software :)
the go pro app does this natively...
Or use the old but still very functional and FREE "Garmin VIRB Edit"....
it's great but has it's limitations, no 4k60 output option, not much encoding settings you can mess with either.
