Easiest Way Into Superman on the Pole

So many of my members said this was the easiest way they had been taught to get into superman when I taught it the other night on zoom

Cool, so everything can be taught in a progressional order which is far easier to learn. Superman is what I class as and intermeidate move. There are so many other moves in beginner level to help you build the strength needed for intermediate that you will then not struggle half as much. You know the saying, can't run before you can walk. Same applies here. It also doesn't matter what pole you have. :) x
