I wondered if it was even, possible to do some moves I saw in various things, like games or series. Clearly some people can do way better than what I saw before, but this looks like a *LOT* of dedication and hard work. Well done. Thanks for sharing. I didn't even know there was such legit quality artistic dances with poles.

No, if that's what makes the difference between pole dance and exotic pole dance that guess you don't really know why you appreciate the absence of heels. The absence of heels is what in most cases shows the difference between an acrobat/aerials dancer and a stripper.
