Necrotic Grips with Thorn/Osteo carried me through the campaign easily. Add in BXR with Icandescent and everything was dying, great fun!

@@SurfNTwerk I don’t have it crafted either. I’ve got one with Heating Up/Incandescent with 3500+ kills. Running it in FS finally convinced me to craft it. I played a lot of Dares trying to get at least one more red border but ended up using 4 Deepsights to unlock it…and I still need to craft it lol

was watching this build to confirm that thorn does also work with a new exotic class item with the necrotic perk. mine rolled with necrotic and synthos and this build pairs perfectly with

@jordane9821 by a good amount. Normally necrotic grip damage will increase for the full 9 seconds of poison but with the class item it doesn’t increase. I THINK it’s like over 50% less.

Hear me out on this... first off, this shouldn't matter (grips still gets the point across) but there's two gauntlets in necrotic grip thus there'd be nothing wrong with the plural pronunciation of the same thing aka necrotic grips*
