Im happy new content creators theese past few years are highlighting how humans are actually supposed to eat. the oposite of the food pyramid like we've been tricked to beleve is "healthy".
i removed all plants, nuts, seeds, vegetables from my diet and oh boy. i never knew i could feel THIS GOOD. crazy !!
just eat tons of meat, eggs, wild fish, organic fruit, honey, raw dairy and raw cheese. everyone will feel like a superman/superwoman !

Yes, whole grains and vegetables are very nutrient dense. Both offer a multitude of vitamins, minerals, and fiber that help support overall health. Your listed foods (beef liver, red meat, eggs) are also nutrient dense, however raw products should not be encouraged to consume due to risk of foodborne illnesses. I'm not here to say if you should or shouldn't eat raw dairy products, but I wouldn't be doing my part as a science-backed dietitian if I didn't say there are risks involved. Also, a quick reminder that just because eating certain foods or eating a certain way worked for you, doesn't mean you should prescribe it to others
