      Use 2 to 3 kg grapes for making 5 litres of wine.
      From 2 kg ripe grapes you will get almost 1.5 liter of juice, add 3 litre or little less water, sugar 450 grams , 1 teaspoon pectic enzyme, some spices or you can skip spices, juice of half a lemon and half teaspoon wine yeast.

    Namaskar ji. Accha laga dekh kar ki apne is saal ka wine banana suru kar diye hai. Mai to apko dekh kar har chis deep freeze me kuch ghanta rakh kr sterilized kr liya aur achha kam kiya. Baki kam sanitizer ke badle Listerine se kiya hu availability ke tar par.
    Mai mulberry, orrange, and red wine banayi hu. Just 15 days huya hai.
    Mujhe do point janna hai. 1) grape mixy me grind karne se bitterness nehi a jayega?
    Jahat ak mai janti hu green grape ka only juice leni hoti hai. So yaha wine ka test me fark aya hai kya? Is bar wine yeast nehi tha to bekary yeast se farment kiya sath me kismish dali thi.
    Bar bar potassium metabisuphate use karne se wine me iska kuch hissa rahe jayega aisa maine janti thi. Sahi kya hai bataye please.

      Potassium metabisulfide fruits ko kai bar sahi se sterilize nahin kar pata ubalte garam Pani mein se fruits ko nikal lijiye.
      Potasium metabis sulphide gas Bankar Co2 ke sath bahar nikal jata hai, fermentation rukne ke bad potasium metabisulfide istemal nahin karna chahie, mixi jar mein bhi grapes ko office ke istemal karoge to koi dikkat nahin aaegi vaise aap hath se bhi crush kar sakte ho.

      Ask directly ethanol or methanol while making beer and wine, we make ethanol, methanol is present inside fruits only, it is in such a small quantity that it is not harmful for our health, but when we brew whiskey, brandy, rum or vodka then the methanol problem comes.
      Well there are lots of people who read messages but ur bit complicated must be a scientist aur pretending, let me make it easy for them.

      Gram krne wala process subhi wine mai kr sakte hain.
      Acchi wine yeast use kijiye dead yeast nahi bhi use kroge to koi dikkat nahi.
      Dead yeast use krne se yeast healthy bani rahti hain. Kisi bhi wine main use kar sakte ho.

      Just take ripe bananas and do not add any type of sugar from your side. The rest of the process will be the same.
      In the end you will get low ABV in your wine around 4% (alcohol by volume). But definitely you can brew it in 10-12 days.

      Papite ki chilke Mai pectic enzyme hota hai .... Kaccha papeta lejeye uss ka chilka chaheye buss.
      Pectic enzyme fruits se juice ko jaldi nikaal deta hai or wine bhi pectic enzyme se jaldi clean hoti hai.

      Sugar sehat k leye acchi nahi hoti refind hoti or खांड raw sugar hoti iss mai sabhi परकार k पोषक तत्व होते हैं। वही चीनी में किसी भी परकार पोषक तत्त्व नहीं होता और चीन में सल्फर होता है जो की सेहत के लिए अच्छा नहीं होता।
      आप चाहे तो चीनी भी डाल सकते हैं।
