      Lalvin EC 1118 yeast ka ek packet 130 rupees ka mujh se le sakte ho .... 5 litre wine 3 bar bana sakte ho ek yeast k packet se.
      Ya 18 litre wine mai aadha packet use kijiye 18-18 litre 2 bar bana sakte ho.

      YES, it is completely Legal to make wine or brew beer at home in India for personal use except in states where it is banned like Bihar, Gujarat, Lakshadweep, Manipur, and Nagaland. No law states in India that you cannot brew beer or make wine at home but this is only for personal use and not for commercial purpose.

      Aaj kal wine yeast market mein available hai to uss ka hi istemal kijiye.
      Filhal k liye aap home made use kar rahe hain or yeast aap ko kamjor lag rahi hain to yeast or bhi add kar sakte ho.
      Homemade yeast se fungal infaction ka khtra thoda jyada hota hain.

      There are some videos on my channel 'How to make yeast at home for wine making'.
      That is called wild yeast, in making wild yeast, there is a danger of fungal infection coming in, due to which the taste of the wine gets spoiled and the color is also affected.
      It would be better to use wine yeast which is specially designed for making wine.

      Not to boil not to put directly you just have to heat it till 80 to 82 degrees celsius.
      Many of the bakery yeast left offsmell behind in the wine.
      This wine is strong near about 14 to 14.5% alcohol by volume.

      By pasteurizing the wine, the gases present inside the wine are automatically released, the wine becomes smooth to drink and at the same time the wine gets sterilized and the shelf life of the wine also increases.
      Before pasteurization the wine, it should be ensured that the wine should be thoroughly cleaned.
      Sediment present in wine is also a reason why wine does not taste good.

    Sir how to remove excess sodium metabisulphite from the must , fermentation is not starting in my wine , i added half tablespoon of metabisulphite to 5 lit must solution.

      Remove the airlock and fix a piece of cotton cloth as I use to fix cling film and again add yeast after 48 hours and airlock it.

      Commercial thermometer is available on Amazon and you can use brown sugar instead of RAW sugar

      Wine ki bottles ko 80 degree Celsius per garm karne ke bad aap bahar rakhiye chahe fridge ke andar rakhiye vah aapki marji koi bhi dikkat nahin aaegi.

      YES, it is completely Legal to make wine or brew beer at home in India for personal use except in states where it is banned like Bihar, Gujarat, Lakshadweep, Manipur, and Nagaland. No law states in India that you cannot brew beer or make wine at home but this is only for personal use and not for commercial purpose.

      मैंने स्ट्रांग वाइन बनाई है कोशिश कीजिएगा आप स्ट्रांग बनाने की कोशिश ना करें 6:30 ग्राम देसी खान मैंने डाली है आप अगर अच्छी वाइन बनाना चाहते हो जिसे इंजॉय करना चाहते हो तो 4:30 ग्राम डालना।
      अगली बार अगर आपको लगे कि स्ट्रांग नहीं बनी आपकी वाइन तो थोड़ी सी देसी कार्ड बढ़ाना वह भी अगली बार फिलहाल के लिए 4:30 ग्राम से ज्यादा नहीं डालना।

    Because I have made wine from different fruits many times without distilization, it has the test of the fruit wine I have made, but after distilling it, all of them have the same test for what they contain. There is no test for making wine, so I want you to tell me a way to make the product that I have made into wine, even after it is distilled, it still has the flavor of that product.

      Brandy is made from various fruits fermented mash after distillation brandy is aged in oakwood barrels for years.
      Whiskey is made from malts fermented mash like barley, wheat, corn malt after distillation it is kept in oakwood barrels for colour and oak flavour.
      You can use oak chips ( which comes in small pieces) during fermentation.
      To take a look, search on Google for oak chips, chips can be used multiple times.

    80 se 82 डिग्री तक गरम नही करे, और वैसे ही पी जाए तो दिक्कत थोड़ी आएगी , या नुकसान तो नही होगा

      अप्पर अप्पर से निकाल कर पीते रहो, यीस्ट पेट में नही जानी चाहिए। यीस्ट पेट में जाने से पेट दर्द सर दर्द या उल्टी की शिकायत हो सकती है।
