Im so glad you guys are not on motor trend anymore. Your channels will blow up after the non compete crap ends.
Thanks! I hope it does
I have to say, I am loving the more frequent content. DED was good but waiting for new episodes/seasons was not. Excited to see you guys channels grow and evolve.
Thanks! Me too
The new camera and sound are great... Loving all the editing work... The content (as always) is the best... Thanks for going on this RUclips adventure for us... You have too many skills and personality to not share...
Thanks. It’s a whole new hustle for me
You got this Dave, you and Fred have way too many skills to share and teaching the rest of us the right way, wrong way and the better way.
That small little gusset you put on the tire carrier, just gives me so much more confidence in your work and that you're the man! How many spares have we seen laying on the trail, sheared straight from the square tube.. right after someone's slapped it and said, she ain't going nowhere...
When I raced in koh the first 10 miles were littered with spare tires and tool bags
From one Dave to another this is the best kind off 4x4 "content" on youtube. Thanks for no stupid intro or crap music just the good sutff.
I’ll keep doing it
Enjoyed the video, more Ford content please!
I do have a lot of fords
When the engine started for the first time the closed captions said [music] 🤣 to everyone’s ears haha
That’s rad
As disappointing as ending DED is, I find myself really excited about what comes next. This is super encouraging, keep us along for the adventures!
I’m starting to enjoy it
Give it the beans Dave.
I did!
Great job! Kicking butt Dave!!!
Thanks. I’m trying
Good job Dave 👍
Thank you
Great work Dave
Thanks
This is exactly where you need to be, Dave. You are adding in details that has been missing from DED content, with the format length and other little minutiae that matters in completing a rig build.
Although you don't have the Motor Trend budget, I think this channel is going to blow up to where you can probably be a full-time RUclipsr and leave OPP. Consequently, don't be afraid of delivering sponsored content if it pays the bills.
Best of luck on the new hustle.
You are your own boss now.
Thanks. I think it’ll work too. It’s gonna be a hustle for sure
Well there you go!! That take you long to get the editing figured out. Very nice Dave.
Thanks. It’s getting there
Sick build!!! I am really looking forward to more Dirthead Shed!
Thanks, me too

Pedals for the WIN! Get some!!

Bikes were my first love
This is the best 👍

@@thedirtheadshed You build cool stuff and your fab skills are incredible. I like the grittyness of the videos so don't worry about going crazy on the production side...just build cool stuff.
Super awesome you started your own channel as well as Fred I missed you guys
Thanks. I’ll keep cranking em out
I’m happy you and Fred are keeping videos coming out a lot more then motor trend. I’m sad for Dirt Everyday being done

Long time Dirt every day fan from Coeur d' Alene
nice! thanks for the support
Great job! Loving all the extra content. Your new intro is legit. Really glad to still be able to watch your creativity come to light. You make the difficult art of fabrication look easy and have a great way of explaining why you do certain things. Keep it up! I'm here for it.
Thanks! I’m enjoying it too
Sweet basket case project.. Have fun with it
Will do/ thanks
🇺🇸 Dave!!!
Bo!
I haven't been able to make it out to the 7 Mile ORV park at all this summer. I Love this video.
Get out there!
Great installment Dave!
Thank you.
Longer videos are pain to edit. Always worth it! 👍🏻
It was a pain!
Great one Dave better all the time
Thanks.
Sound is great clean I give a thumbs up.. I kinda wonder what ya did. I watch well listen through my home theater. I would love to see a list of projects. I totally DIG the body drop. I work in a truck shop and was looking for videos on fiberglass repair on spidering and found you. I am a mechanic and the body work is messing with me. I want you to do well with youtube.
Sweet. Thanks for watching. I’ll do a little more work on those fenders and make sure to film it better
Hands down, the coolest bronco buggy I've ever seen.. I love the way they molded the back of the body to the back of the cab..
It’s pretty cool looking
Love the longer episode. I wish I could attend Dirthead Dave Fabrication University.
Just keep watching. I’ll get more into it
Good job Dave!! Nice video and it’s good to see John!! Miss all my old friends!!!

Tasty episode. Don't know if it has been suggested, but I am sure all the subscribers would be down with seeing just wheeling videos too, no need to be grinding all the time!
It’s hard to get out on the trails . All I do is work it seems
Keep the video’s coming I enjoy watching you do your fab work especially suspension stuff I always likes the dirt every day videos where you and Fred build vehicles with cool 4 link stuff
I’ll keep ‘em coming
That buggy is one of the best looking buggies I have seen. Glad you got it purring again.
Thanks. It’s pretty cool
Great episode!!! Rad Bronco!!!

Unbelievable I didn’t think you’d get in on RUclips 😎
I like turtle 🐢😂😂😂
Then dirt is fine
ahh. the turtle kid. a classic
Thanks Dave for the video.... I'll be looking for more.
I’ll post em
I use a different style of spare tire mount on trailers I work on, but it would translate well to the offroad world. I mount tires on trailers with a trailer axle spindle. I then put a spare trailer hub on it, and bolt the tire to the hub, so the tire snugs up to the frame. It not only keeps the spare with you, but gives you an extra hub, lug nuts and a bearings and a cap. It's nice to mount the spare, and end up with it keeping a few consumable parts as well! Love your work! Video quality is a big leap forward. Best of luck!
That’s a common practice in the off road world as well
perfect MIG work... makes me want bacon for breakfast (or now)
Sizzle... I love welding. need to practice more and more.
Another channel for me to subscribe to 👍 Hi from New Zealand

Thanks for following along
I would love some videos on the mazda and a detailed recap of what you've done to it. I have a few mazdas myself that I would love to know what to do to make them a nice trail rig. Thanks for what you do Dave!
They are a ton of work. I’ve got a pretty detailed video coming soon
It's nice being able to watch longer content as well as the shorts. it would awesome to do a series where we see the overall build, then break it down into smaller more detailed videos of the process. Keep up the great work, you're getting the hang of it!!
Thanks. That’s in the works. Lots of good quality stuff in que
Yes!
cool rig. thanks for watching
I really like this video Dave. Thanks for sharing it.
