Thank you for the video. Ive been aware of my leak for a while now and it looks like its in the same spot as your old radiator. Im also just 3 months out of warranty so thank you again for this.

You’re welcome! I know there were recalls on some of them but mine was out of the recall range and well out of warranty period as well. It wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be. I was able to get it done within a day while recording.

Thanks for posting this. After my last trail ride, my radiator fins are packed with mud. Your vid helps me get to it from the fan. I'll make sure to cover that air intake. Worst case i drain and pull the whole thing out to clean those fins really good.

It is a pain to get it all the mud out, but mud riding is fun so kinda worth it lol. I am glad it helped.

@@bryanbro_ you can also look online for a "fin straightener" a guy I know told they make a rake type tool that straights the fins on Corvettes, so I don't see why that would work on ours. If someone to powerwash the radiator.
Soak over night and then use a garden house.
Midwest Clay is a pain to get out.
Also tip I learned is to place a lawn sprinkler, you the one that fans from left to right, under the Jeep to loosen and clean under carriage

I am in the process of replacing mine right now. That lower radiator hose clamp is a bitch!

Yes it is! I struggled with it for a bit when taking it off as well as putting it back on.
