Ive just got this and noticed on grand trismo youve really got to push hard on the accelerator to get full throttle so much more than compared to a ps4 controller
My wired VX4 PS4 controller won't work anymore it just blinks blue I use it on my ps4 and when I plug it in to either my PS4 itself or the USB extension cord that used to work on it and works on my headset. It just blinks blue and will no longer turn on. It was turning off randomly before hand though.
That's an odd one, have you tried to see if there is a firmware update? Going in www.gioteck.com/firmware. Might help. Also when its plugged into the ps4 hold the home button for 3 seconds, try with the console on and off if either dont work. Suppose to help it sync or something like that.
Do you know if its possibble to Set Up the Console from factory reset? ( we have the wired vx4 for ps4 controller ) and we dont really have a ps4 dualshock here right now... So can we use it to start the console? Because we cant figure out what the buttons are Theres the Electrick button And theres the Home button but no Ps button... so can we even turn it on?
From what I've managed you cant use the controller to switch the ps4 on but you should be able to use it as soon as the ps4 is on. The button with the house on is the PS button and the one with the lightening bolt is a turbo button (very 2000's). Hope this helps.
Heyy My R1 key seems a bit stuck like it doesnt click in Any idea as to how to fix I have to open the controller or the key can be pulled out any idea?
@Carnage_30 how do!! I would do which I've had to do to some other 3rd party joypads, open then and file a little bit around the housing where the buttons sit. This might help. Let me know. Also make sure it's all sitting properly.
@@planet__ben haven’t opened it yet Was thinking if you had opened it sometime you would advise me As I have opened many gamepads but this one feels a lot different Like the d pad, the construction, how lightweight it is

Hi! I've found the USB to be pretty crap on these, quite loose. Try and loosen the lead so it's not stiff, that way the USB end doesn't move. Also if using on a PC or through a USB hub, I've had many connection problems. Hope this helps.
Hey I checked now I have the same one the wireless but it does connect then it stops after 30second I use it on ps4 it is the Xv4 wireless ps4-21 something like that is all I can remember
@fasilasmamw6907 I'm honestly not sure, I'd go through the usual, Male sure its charged, try using a USB lead. Follow the pairing setup. Can also try www.gioteck.com/firmware to see if it's got the latest firmware

Yeah there is noticable difference, triggers i found seemed to have a bit more resistance in them compared to an official controller.
Bro when I move the left analogic it also trigger the right one I don't know how to solve it. Do you got any ideas?
Oh wow, honestly I've not a clue. Sounds like a connection problem to me, might be something on the circuit board. I'd take it apart and have a look
My left analogue stick only goes up and down intermittently. Have tried cleaning but no difference. Any ideas?
@mahussain41 honestly I've not a clue on that. I'd take it back if possible, it's either bad connection on the board or the USB is busted

I'm aware, compared to other controllers, this one just has a bit too much for my liking, but for the price, you cant really complain.

I know that these are made for the PS4, bluetooth is always a pain

what means the blue light on the controller?
If I remember correctly the LED is for the Turbo button. I will confirm once I'm home!

Same here, tried resetting it, no help, tried updating firmware, doesn't register as the home button led just keeps flashing
