I bought it 2 weeks ago, for me it's good, not very good, but not bad either! Analogs are good! Very good audio! Battery lasts little, could last longer! So far it hasn't broken down, it's new, it's good! I only have one problem every day, is that whenever I turn on the PlayStation with the remote the middle button it disconnects it blinks, and appears on the PlayStation saying press the ps button! And that's it, it's just blinking not yet connected, I always have to press the reset button with a toothpick, it turns off the whole thing, then I press the middle button again and it turns on normal! Why is it that I always turn on the PlayStation with the middle button of the remote it doesn't turn on, it stays disconnected and blinking? It should stay connected,connected normal as soon as you call! 🤔

I love this controller, but there might be one problem with the d-pad, when i want to press like any button on the pad, and my finger leans a bit to the side, or the bottom ect. Then it moves to the side and up or bottom, but tell me if this happenes to you too, but one question, what is that lightning strike button for? And love the vid

Hi, sorry to hear this might need to reconnect the controller through the cable and pressing the two buttons, leave it to charge and see what happens, if it still happens go to Gioteck and ask them to maybe explain the issues.

The light will flash once then select the one of two lever buttons press it once then it's done
When pressing left on the d-pad it also presses up sometimes , feels more like an Xbox controller, think I’ll just be buying the standard v2 , good vid anyway 😎
Hey, I am sorry to hear this sounds a little odd I would recommend contacting their customer service but at this time it could be a bit tricky to get through or get a replacement, I suggest using an air pressure can to get any dust or bits which might of got stuck, a vacuum cleaner could help to or a hair dryer on cold setting.

I think there is a fix because I held the Lightning button down, and held X. This meant when I held X it would spam X. My solution to your problem is to hold the Lightning button and the touchpad at the same time and it should work

Hi, its a shame that my controller worked for me during my review period - 3 months however I know so many people have mentioned the issues, if you think it isn't working correctly I would ask for a refund.
I got this thing out of the box and found it was dead on arrival. The lights came on but it couldn't connect to the PC nor could it update the firmware, so I will be going back for a refund within a day. The firmware update software is a confusing mess and it appears easy for a user to brick the controller right out of the gate by using the wrong settings, and going by the fact that the packaging was resealed I expect that is what the previous user has done.

Its a good price, however when buying two or three times because it doesn't last as long as Sony's is it just worth paying out the extra for Sony's in the first place, I believe this buy it cheap you are going to buy twice.

Can anyone help me?? i have this exact controller, trying to set up new ps4 ( don’t have dualshock controller) when at “ connect controller via cable” it doesn’t work when pressing home button on controller, however when in safety mode ( i think ) where i can change settings and restart etc it works perfectly fine. does anyone know if i need an official controller to set up or if something is possibly wrong with my ps4?? Hey, thank you for your comment and sorry to hear about this, lets go to the beginning again and try a couple of steps plug into your console and leave to charge for a few hours, next then press and hold both the ps button and the pause button and this should sync the controller to the playstation again, if this didn't work please let me know and can think of other solutions.

Alex press share and middle button the (one with a house on it ) and it should flash. go to Bluetooth and wait for controller to pop up and select it that should work 👍
Anybody who is looking to buy this controller there are two major problems , first of all the head phone jack makes the microphone audio worse and secondly the joystick are unusable on FPS games.

Have you tested it on shooting games? For me most important is aiming precision.. Why nobody does proper tests on review videos? And if testing, then on the games where you don't need aiming precision. 😔

ive got this controller and its honestly the worst thing ever ever used its uncomfortable to hold, the Dpad isn't accurate at all ill press left on it and it will only press down, the joysticks are too tall adding to the discomfort they also change sensitivity seemingly at random, the triggers are way too long meaning i have to over extend my fingers just get a decent grip. audio quality is grim i wouldnt recommend this controller at all, spend a little extra for an official one

This controller is a waste the first time I got it the audio kept cutting out and when your playing a game like fortnite you can only chat to your friends in the lobby not game and when I turn on my PS4 sometimes it never connects so I have to keep turning off the PS4 so everyone out there I got this controller twice both bad luck I don’t recommend this 🙂

The remote is even good, the last trace of the battery is worthless, it only lasts for 10.15 minutes!

It also works with Android phones. I use one for COD mobile. I love it, it's a great controller.

take the usb cord out then blow the usb cord then plug it in again and it normally works afterwards

Hey man um under the ps button there is a smaller one which is called a turbo button or something like that, do you know what that does?
that button makes it more reactive say if u was play a shooting game like fortnite or warzone u would use that to be more reactive and snappy

Hi, thanks for your comment, I have read most of the comments on this video and people are hating it, when I used it was ok but have to remember its a reduced cost to the standard controls from Sony and they are not comparable. However I understand you comment.

Hi, I didn't get paid for this video, they sent it over, I did play with it, I didn't have an issue, however I know a lot of people did, I have mentioned this to them.
@@RickysTechTalk it has a huge deadzone on the thumb sticks. This makes it impossible to aim accurately. My apologies sir, I shouldn't of assumed you where sponsored. The quality of your video was good to be fair.
