Fantastic workout. Had I not been following along I'd probably have stopped after 15 minutes. It's great that Kayleigh is encouraging us to push through to through to the end.. feels like such an accomplishment at the end. I really felt it in my legs. I'll definitely be repeating this.
yesterdays live ride was amazing! This one was tough for me. Because you ask for comments - I was with you for almost the whole ride - the second last song (?) with the final 60 second sprint dropped me at about half way. I was back for the final climb, etc. (10.4 miles over 31 minutes.... ) then on to 8 minute tabata abs (can't do all that) then stretching. A great morning workout! Thank you for all you do for us out here!
When school started back in August, I started jogging outside for a change. I was really enjoying it until I sprained my ankle right before Thanksgiving. Took the rest of the Christmas season off, so now I have a few extra holiday pounds to shed. Anyway, was ready to throw in the towel today and you said tic tocs! Got my second wind!! Love tic tocs!! Thanks Kaleigh!!

The 45 minute rolling hills ride is my nemesis. I can't complete it ever feeling like I did my best. This was great practice for that. Maybe tomorrow I try the 45 again

Love it. My 7 has now become my 6. Progress. I just have a tightening screw so don’t know what resistance I have but go by feel. My old 6 just feels too light!🚴💪🏼thank you.
RePlayed this workout during Rebel week 7! Needed a rest and this ride has always got me covered. Amazing to feel the improvements in freeze and hold and speed over the saddle!!!
