There not galvanised or at least well done like Hondas like I always thought then. I guess your set on the blue paint and boxer sound you paid all that money for? I had a few scabs under the wheel arch liners and a bubble on the rear boot flap of my w203 and have pulled it apart and fixed it and was worried. Wow. I’m good
Is it just me or did i here rodknock with the start up after the wash?
I would consider using some Fluid Film on that undercarriage.
Glad you were able to fix that rust because that’s a beautiful car!
Thanks! It wasn't a fun job, so happy i'm done!
Awesome job man, I wish I had the skills/ tools so I could fix the rust on my bugeye, maybe one day
Thanks man! Do you enjoy your bugeye? 😄 It wasn't a fun job but it always feels good to preserve a car! I'm sure one day
@@Fredholm2 I love it, it runs and drives pretty well for a 20 year old 146k mile car
@@thebrightonaircadets8806 I have to say the same about mine, it always puts a smile on my face!

Hey 😄 Thanks!
What's the wheels and wheel specs if you don't mind?
Good Job, I will have to take my bugeye to the body shop and hope there is not that much rust 😆 what the exhaust on it?
Thanks man! Hope you have better luck than me with the rust on yours!😁Just a cheap exhaust from ebay, that the previous owner installed😅
Hows the front subframe ????
Both the front and rear subframe have been replaced by a previous owner! So in pretty good shape:)
