I made a video about this actually. It simulates touch inputs, therefore yes you will be playing in touch lobbies. Finally the suffering of controller players can come to an end. if u a die hard controller player like we r the aspect of not only being able to get lobbies but sweaty lobbies, not being limited to controller sensitivity that does not go high enough, obviously can't forget the damn near 2 full seconds it takes to go prone on reg controller, you will actually be able to separate ur slide and prone buttons for them quick drop shots, and let's be honest codm doesn't provide the best controller hud. Being able to choose which buttons to assign is huge w. Making L3 slide is great cuz to hit slide cancel all ya gotta do is click+turn on single analog combined with quick ads tap then R1 much better for weapon switch, if u got the paddles on the back like i do (and before u even ask u cannot use my controller the kunai 3 unless u have an Asus ROG phone) those r great too i put left one as jump right one prone this set up is deadly simply cuz u can perform all of your movement needs without ever taking your thumbs off the analogs. There's def a way u can achieve this effect without the paddles might have to get creative and assign some buttons to a button combo which gamesir let's u do. That is HUGE ADVANTAGE over regular controller and just the fact that it's connected to the phone gives u possibility to use gyro. All of this together deadly combo my friend if ppl knew about this there face would look like this 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯 basically playing codm on the wii with a Nintendo switch and customizable hud 😂

One of the reason why this gamepad is more preferable than other gamepads is for Nintendo Switch emulation. Egg NS emulator only supports this gamepad, nothing else.

Hi, can ask your help? My new GameSir x2 type c can't connect to my Huawei Mate 20, the blue light keeps blinking and won't connect. I have asked the seller but I can't get a helpful answer from them. What can I do? There's no OTG switch/tab found on my Huawei in the settings section. I read on the manual on Huawei phones, it's suppose to be On. I appreciate your advice.
My Gamesir app says Mapping is not active, and I can't launch any games with it. How do I fix this? It has all permissions and recognizes the controller, but I can't map anything.

There are two versions - the USB-C version that we have here doesn't work like a power bank. It just allows direct passthrough USB-C for charging via an external charger. There is another version of the GameSir X2 Bluetooth version that doesn't have any ports.

Great video. I bought the new version with the newer d pad and I loved it however I couldn't play it because of the face buttons being different than my gaming platform form of choice which is Google Stadia. And you can't re map the buttons for that.

I can't try Stadia specifically since it's not available in my country but it worked with Steam Link instantly when G Touch is turned off. The buttons A-B & X-Y are inverted yes - but they do work.
I noticed to use the pad as a general Blutooth gamepad ( not with the G Touch remapping overlay), I need to turn the controller on in X-Input mode (it appears in the Blutooth devices in Android as a different Name without the "G"). G input mode is needed for the GameSir app with the remapping overlay buttons for PubG, VOX, Genshin etc, games without native controller support.
You can't. The only phone that allows that is the ROG Phone but the USB port at the bottom is sideways so it'll be awkward to be used with this controller.

From what we've tested, the GameSir X2 Type-C hasn't been updated to support Android 11 yet. It's very buggy, honestly.

Unfortunately if game doesn't automatically recognize it as a controller, you risk getting banned as third-party mapping apps goes against tos

Depends on what charger you're using. If you plug in a standard 5V 2A charger then okay.

Eh no need for Google Stadia. Use it with G Touch turned off and it'll be operating as native gamepad mode. Stadia should pick it up immediately

Just remap the keys on Retroarch and it should work.

In native gamepad mode, there's no way to change it.
With the new firmware update in the Gamesir app, it lets you switch to Xbox button layout.

I presume you installed the GameSir World app from GitHub?
You'll have to enable the permissions for display overlay for the green thing to work.

That's weird. If you enabled OTG and the phone detects it and given the appropriate permissions, it should work fine.

When i press G+Home the controller turn off. Its on G4 pro. Trying to play mobile legend on it. Phone is Mi11 ultra.. please help

Anyway, don't know what's the issue - we're still turning it on/off G-Touch mode by holding G+Home button.
@@NasiLemakTech yes it can. But not for red magic 5s because of its curvy back. Anyway i got it already G+Home button and played mobile legend on it however the default control mapping has R3/L3. How does that got there when the controller got no such button?
Press the joystick down. That's L3 and R3.
