This is very useful! A month ago more or less I started doing these exercises with some others 2-3 times a week and I'm noticing improvements when I'm on the pole. I feel much stronger and toned, thank you!

The last one I have to work up to because I don't have the adominal strength to lift my hips off the ground like that, but I'm working on it.
So I did the second exercise but I didn't really feel it burn anywhere. What did I do wrong?
Thats a very broad question, as I didn't see you do the exercise... but maybe your are just really strong and need non beginner exercises?

Oh no! Your hips might just crack - mine does that alot... however I would get it checked out by a professional just to be sure
