Very useful. Tho in my case audio wasn't producing the look I wanted, so instead of audio I keyframed the "Frame" value from the offset modifer. I will try to use this again on different audio clips, hopefully they will work better.
Also something I found useful is to keep original frames to go 0, 1, 2 because that way it is easier to modify them. Then if using audio adjust envelop variables so that the values are above 0th frame. Tho again in my case I just keyframed the values.
