@@Eveproguides not sure but I would do these 2 for 3 sets each, and add hammer curls, I think you need a little brachialis/forearm activation while still fucking up your biceps, 5 sets + 5 sets twice a week does sound like too much, I doubt your biceps recover well, especially if you have 2 back days where your biceps get abused too
Chris you are such a bodybuilding icon! I have been following you for two years already, and you are the reason I started my fitness journey. These workout videos were inspiring to me. I gave my best and trained hard for years, but I was hardly getting any muscle, only to find out that my diet was nowhere near as it should’ve been. I have always eaten ‘just enough’ thinking it would be sufficient. My first real diet plan taught me the lesson. I remember getting it from Next Level Diet, but somehow it helped me gain few pounds in first month of using it. Surely it wasn't all pure muscle, but I was happier than ever. I took a week off from the gym in May when I was on vacation in Hawaii (gained 10 lbs from all the eating). Came back and took another two weeks off from smart eating OR the gym because I just lost all motivation and felt like shit. It felt especially worse because I had a health coach who I'd been working with for the past 6 months; we made a bunch of progress, and now I started to let them down as well as myself. I politely parted ways with my Coach in an effort to reduce my worries about letting others down on my own health journey. I dusted myself off and went back in with my own 4 day workout plan. I'm now 4 weeks in on my own, and I've been putting a lot of what Chris suggests in his workouts into practice in mine. Hell I even bought some of that delicious 3peat Pre for extra liquid motivation. I'm overall feeling more self-motivated and much better now, which gives me some time to reflect - we all go through tough times that will challenge us and sometimes we just want to ball up and quit. Helps to take a step back, re-focus, re-plan, and THEN fuckin' get after it. Thanks Chris! 💪🏻

Chest and Legs are my weak points for growing, I’m fully capable of lifting heavy with them, I’ve been dancing my whole life my legs are strong, but for growing and getting aesthetics, my back and arms are easiest for me. My back even if i don’t train it for a while seems to just go back to decently built after one session. And my arms grow pretty quick too
Great knowledge great personality and most of all great woman that you have to help you with the diet she plays a huge role helping you out and that’s what most bodybuilders are missing on a supportive partner who actually goes to the gym with you feeds you and does other things that other females find unpleasant to do like shave your whole body before competition so I give huge respect to Courtney.
